“ Bought 3 Pressure washers from Aldi on 8th oct, was told delivery would be on friday 21 oct, by XPD , waited in all pm as time slot was 1:30 to 3:30 , no one delivered check tracking later and see a picture of a telegraph pole about 100m up the road in a section of the road that you cannot park in saying could not deliver and "email carded " I had no email, waited in the following Monday all day for delivery , still nothing, phone Monday evening to cancel order as fed up with waiting around , received an email to confirm this , Tuesday 7 am get an email to say delivered successfully , no delivery was made , get a phone call at 10:50 am from Aldi customer service to ask if i have the three items , I inform them I do not. ”
