Agnes pressed the emergency button because it was flashing and she was concerned that there was a maslfunction. The operator said that she would call Agnes back but never did

If my button was pressed, why didn't you answer the call? Fact is, I didn't press the button. It is a good thing that I realy didn't need you, I might be dead now if I had needed you help.

Oressed the button to have rescue come because my Moms blood pressure was extremely low. we heard sirens but no ambulance - fire engine drove by - I had to flag then down. They received the call as a fire and no paramedics were dispatched! However the firefighters were trained in ALS and did BP, EKG on my mom and she was fine. Our home BP Monitor needs to be updated which I'm doing today.

The land line was down momentarily when I most needed it in order for Alert to help me, so I dialed 911 directly and then I had about 10 paramedics on site. I only plan to pay 1 service, so do not charge me because I was not able to contact Alert as the 1st choice as expected. This is why I got the service to begin with and it wasn't working.

After the button was pressed (For testing) the response time was too long. It may have not been your fault. However, all the lights were on indicating that a connection was made. She may have not pressed the button hard enough the first time, and, after pressing it again the response time was normal. Carole Meciej, Daughter of Maxine

The code to enter the apartment is in the file and was never given to the emt or police so they had to break the window to enter the apartment. I find this VERY unacceptable!

Sensor works until she actually fell, it didn't go off at all. Not happy about this.
