I am not certain that the alert is triggered by a fall. Mom fell and fractured 3 ribs and it didn't trigger. Help

I don't know if this is related to your company but we were asked to take the patient ourselves to the ER because ambulance won't arrive until another 15-20 mins.

It took too many minutes for a response to my pressing the call button. I was afraid that it had not worked. It took over 40 additional minutes for the ambulance to arrive. That being said, my emergency contacts were immediately notified.

I am disappointed with my Alert 1. First of all it is extremely bulky and cumbersome for a male. Wearing it on my neck and underclothing it appears that I have a big tumor on my chest. If I were a woman with lots of cleavage it wouldn't even be noticed. Secondly, I have a prob charging my alert.. The charge lasts such a short time that I feel that I am constantly charging it up and wonder how reliable it is. I am not at all happy with the product. How can I correct this? I have had the alert just a little over a month and I wish I had chosen a different product. I wouldn't get an Alert 1 again nor would I recommend it to anyone.. I hope some resolution can take place. Thank you William Bowman

After dropping the device and having the fire department come to the house, Norman put it on a high shelf so no else would drop it. He doesn't wear it because he can't stand anything around his neck. We thought it was available as a wrist instrument as well, but there was no wrist band provided. Over-all, it is not doing anyone much good right now.

Unfortunately, this didn't work for us. We needed the wireless version, which you sent but it ran through a T mobile network, which is not in this area, plus we live on a large body of water, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi, which your over the phone rep helping us problem solve said the lake interfered with the reception. None of these issues were addressed on the website when I ordered. I paid a year in advance for the service and had to sent it back the next day. Also, it cost me over $11.00 to sent it back, as there was not a return policy! Really wish it would have worked because we really need this service for my husband.

I was about to call you, as my POM keeps clicking its red alert about 20 times a day. I have not been wearing my button except while taking a shower. The button is upstairs in my bedroom, lying quietly on my dresser while the red alert button keeps going off. I think it may be the ultra-sensitivity of my POM, but am not sure. Should I send it back and get a new one? I am doing well and very healthy. Thank you, Ann Riordan

Was not told when I talked to a representative that wherr my mother, Betty Snapp lives they don't have a tower that reaches. So it arrived and we set it up as instructed but they couldn't get a proper signal so it was useless and I returned it still having to pay the activation fee.

the 911 folks told me you call them on a non emergency line to call for help by doing this you lost approx 4-5 minutes they said could have called 911 myself and got faster response than dealing with your questions and then you not calling them on the correct line My mom died, and I am awaiting my refund for 4 weeks now

You had my mothers address wrong. It took way to long for the ambulance to get here. 911 had to call us to get the proper address. She was also suppose to get a new machine. Her current machine has been flashing low battery since she has been here (March 2015). I don't know if you tried to send a new one and and it was returned because you had the wrong address. The address was given to you over the phone, maybe it should have been through an email.

We are having a problem. This is Sandra Reed, Maxine's daughter. Every time she wears the pendant it goes off repeatedly. It has fall detection and automatically calls for help with the slightest movement, hence the recent calls. She will no longer wear it. Any suggestions?

I was very disatified with the service that day. It took 20 mins and one other phone call to 911 myself to see where the ambulance was. I dont know what the hold up that day was but it was very poor because she was having a heart attack Daughter Bev

Calling emergency services was the wrong move. Currine Uphold is in assisted living and calling Ever Faithful Home Services would have sent someone to evaluate her within minutes. The number to call is Ever Faithful at 479 270 3999. She has a dementia and will need some training to use the system right. She doesn't need an ambulance to go to the bathroom.
