My Mom fell (luckily she didnt hurt herself - she just couldn't get up) and my brother and I were both called because Alert1 got no response. The EMTs we're there within 5 minutes. All ended well and we're very glad we got them the Alert1 system.

I fell getting into bed. I clicked on my alert button and you answered right away. As I live in an apt attached to my son, all I needed was for you to call my son to help me. All was ok. I appreciate the assurance that I can get help when I need it. June Kuwitzky

I believe it was Michael who called my office from Alert 1 when mom took a fall. He was very sweet & patient while I tried to contact a neighbor to go check on mom. You all have great service and knowing mom wears the bracelet is very comforting! Thanks so much!

EMS came to the apartment promptly. Family members were notified as specified by our instructions. They took the patient to the local ER and she was cleared and discharged.

The 911 people were there in great time. Thank you. This is her son Tom Willey. I was notified that she had fallen and help was on the way. I was told Brookdale (where she is at) was called but when I called them they said they weren't notified of her fall. The 911 people were there in great time but do you call the assisted living facility 1st or 911 people? Thank you Tom Willey

The system worked great. My Dads oxygen machine quite, he hit the button, I got a call and was at his place within 10 minutes, before the ambulance. I appreciate that he has the means to get help when he needs it. Thanks! Kathy Sevy

I am so thankful to know my father is safe being home alone. If he falls there's a quick response and I'm there within minutes. Knowing your there gives me peace of mind! Thank you!!

Your dispatchers did an OUTSTANDING job in continuing to call me each time my dad pressed the button. They even called the home phone later, to check that everything was okay. My dad had fallen out of bed and needed assistance. I appreciate your timely, professional and kind assistance! Thank you!

I am very happy with your service and I have been paying for it for the last several years for my aunt and uncle. Every time the system is activated (usually by Robert) you find out what the situation is and then call the authorized decision makers to determine whether you need to send help. You also notify the family members on the list as requested. While I am writing the one thing I am not happy about is not being able to get a pro rated refund for unused portions (when you pay yearly) if the person should pass. I am aware that when paying yearly you get a discounted rate. If a person should pass 2 months in then approx. $300 would be lost. I feel it would be better to just charge the used months at the monthly rate and then refund the difference.

This is Gordy's daughter in law. He passed away this morning but did use his button on two occasion. Your service gave us the piece of mind to let him stay in his own home alone. Thank you
