“Jessie Craven was very fortunate to have her Alert 1 button. The paramedics showed up quickly and care was given and then transferred to the hospital. I hope that this response will give my 91 year old mother another great Christmas. Thank You, Allen Craven (son)”

“My dad had a stroke and fell on his left side. Right side weak so he couldn't push the button. He will be moving to rehab after leaving the hospital so we will no longer need your services. What kind of notice do we need to give you and how do we get the equipment back to you? Thank you.”

“System worked perfectly, parmedics took me to emergency where they diagnosed dehydration and an infection that I did not know about. I returned home Friday afternoon and am feeling "normal" again. One thing, the paramedics banged on the door and I had to direct them to the lock box and tell them the code to unlock it and get my key. I asked them about this on our way to the hops. They said that the info and code was "in the records" and they would have found it if I hadn't been able to answer. If I hadn't been able to answer, I wonder if they would have referred to "the records" or would the fire dept. have removed a door or window. I should have asked but didn't think about it.”
