“Thank you so much. Your operator called to see if I was ok after I had a fall. He call the paramedics and my Daughter. I felt secure knowing someone was there for me! I am fine..Thank you! I also want to thank you for putting up with all my false calls while getting used to having the button. I try hard not to accidently push it, but your operators are always so nice and caring when I do!”

“I was grateful to have the device when I fell the other day. The Alert 1 staff member followed protocol and an ambulance was dispatched. The crew helped me up and I am back to normal. After a number of false alarms when I pressed it in error, I was grateful to have it.”

“My mother was wearing her button when she fell and broke her arm. She pushed and you alerted her contact who came right over and assisted her until EMT arrived. The service was executed just as promised and I am so grateful that we can count on you! Thank you for all you do.”

“Alert1 has made it possible for my Mom (Mildred) to continue living on her own. Our family is able to rest at ease knowing that her safety is just a "push button" away. This past week she fell when she was entering her house. Within minutes Alert1 was at her home and proceeded to take her to the nearest hospital, while administering to her needs. They got her there a lot faster than we could and this is important to us, since every moment is precious. It can be a matter of life or death, and we are forever grateful.”

“My mom wasn't feeling well and wanted to get in touch with me. I had talked to her earlier and when she hung up the phone it didn't disconnect, she wasn't aware of that so she panicked and pressed her Alert 1 button. I was on my way over when they called, they said it was not an emergency, and my mom wanted me to come over. They called me a second time because my mom was worried that I didn't get the call, it's a 20 minute drive. When I got to her home I pressed her button and let them know that I was there and that it wasn't an emergency. They where so helpful. It is a great feeling knowing that all she has to do is press her button and someone will be in touch with her. Thank you.”

“The ambulance was very prompt after Alert 1 contacted them. Was not necessary to be hospitalized. Went to physician the next day for follow-up. Everything is OK. Thank you!”
