I am confined to a power wheelchair but have the ability to walk a few steps while holding on to something sturdy. As I tried to transfer to my bed, I slipped down on the floor. I was not hurt, however, I am not able to get back into my chair once I am on the floor. My first contact on the list, who lives in my guest apartment was called. As he was getting dressed and coming over to my part of the house, EMS arrived. It was just a matter of a few minutes. The EMTs asked a few questions and helped me get into my bed. It is certainly a comfort to have the button, and to have immediate assistance. Messages were left with my two other contacts, who checked with me later in the day. Thank you for this valuable service. Your team on the phone are always polite, efficient and pleasant to talk to. Anne Kay

Apparently it was a malfunction in my alert device and we are being sent a new device. Because I have ALS and am unable to talk it was to hard to communicate to the person who answered. By the time I got to the main phone it was to late to shut it down. The emergency fire truck and ambulance showed up within 10 minutes which was quick. Good job on your part!

I arranged the subscription for my dad Paul. I was very pleased that both my home phone and my cell were contacted right away. My dad told me that when the caregiver in his home pressed the emergency button, the support was excellent and she felt that she was asked all of the correct questions. My dad was very pleased with the response. I will continue to keep the subscription available to my dad. Patrick

Alert 1 is wonderful, they have always helped me. The saved my life 2 years ago when my house burned to the ground. With their quick response the fireman was able to get me out before the house exploded. I am disable and I live by myself, 20 miles from town, but thanks to Alert 1 for making this possible. The people at Alert 1 are very nice and very helpful. Could not live without them !! Thank you for your service !!

Mom accidentally pushed the button while washing her hair. She is always apolologetic when this happens but is delighted with the wonderful people that come to her aid if she should need it.

We are very please with the Alert. We were not expecting them to call all of the emergency contacts and they did. We are grateful for this, because it was 4am in the morning, and someone may have missed a call. She is currently in the hospital and will return home today. Thank you for your excellent service.

my mother uses life alert and lives very close to me. she is 90 years old and needs this service. when the staff called me I went to her home and found her on the kitchen floor unhurt. after I assisted her to her feet we talked a while and the comment to me was that the service paid for it self today. thank-you life alert.

I'm not sure how it works, I was called but even though I was reached they also called my other 2 emergency contacts. But I was satisfied with service.

My mom had fallen and you called me to alert me. You also called the ambulance and they helped her. Everything turned out fine and she is OK.

The service was good however, it did not reach the level that the fire department needed to be sent out. It was not a medical emergency, Helen was able to tell the customer service rep that she had just fallen off the edge of the bed and needed help. Calling me her daughter Cheryl Johnson-Moore would have been the best next step instead of calling the fire department. Helen is fine and in good health and spirits. Thank you for your serivce.
