I made my 2 pot claim on the 04 of Sept 24 since then nothing happened except that it says claim registered but the people who claim after me they did get their money Your call Centre never answered call. I was on hold for 50 mins nothing happens. Your WhatsApp still not working for a month, you promised clients that you respond to emails within 48 hours, well its been a week and half since I sent my email. Why your service is horrible whereas you claim to the public that you are the best company. I wonder why my employer decided to move from Sanlam to you. Your service is unprofessional and you careless about your clients

THIS IS THE WORST COMMUNICATION I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH , No answer no feedback no freaking nothing . i submitted the correct details and it still shows 19 days claim register , how can you call them if they don't even answer what about those that is not by the means to sue company fones, disgusting pathetic

I am very disappointed , applied on the 7th of September ,they don't respond on email, calls takes forever to be answered, no response on emails, it is sad because we need this money

What a disappointment. 2 Pot system program is useless. Client communication do not exist. I claimed on the 4th of September, claim status is on payment for some time now, detail section: "there is no payment info on claim" for some time now. All communication systems with Alexander Forbes seems to be blocked; phone, emails, whup. Tried again to make contact this morning and managed to hold on for 90 minutes before i gave up. Other companies seem to manage the process successfully but Alexander Forbes has failed.

Good morning, I've applied for my 2pot on the 4 September, still nothing, they wanted my ID and banking details still nothing, then i phoned them and phoned them and they never replied, the i got an email from them wanting my marriage certificate, which i emailed on the 18 September, up until today still no feedback, they don't answer their phoned, no responding on the emails that i send, worst service ever, i must always follow up, they don't even bother to sms or email or phone you,

I am utterly disgusted by Alexander Forbed. I claimed on 10 September and on 18 September I was informed that SARS declined my tax application. I was informed to contact SARS and once resolved I had to call Alexander Forbes on a number provided in the SMS notification. Ii contacted SARS and discovered that Alexander Forbes used the wrong personal tax number. This even though I gave the correct number on my application. I even had to upload my latest tax documents with my income tax number in it. I now fear the worst. Have they ran away with our money.......?

I thought I was the only one. I applied 8 September and still my status shows verify . How long does it take. Worst part is they don't answer their calls or emails. I am really very disappointed

This is a disgrace if I can be honest. We did the withdrawel because we need the money, we did not do it because it is "lekker". Get a wakeup. your system and call centre agents is a BIG JOKE. Go and learn from companies like ALLAN GREY. Then you will see what is PROFESSIONAL.

This campony is useless and if you call the people is incompetent they cannot answer you claims are stuck with no movement at all very disappointing my money is no longer in my savings pot but no money paid to my accounts

Terrible experience on this 2 pot claim, I dont think the company did proper system preps to accomodate volumes. Their call center is twice as worse, you wait on the call for almost an hour and then you get agents acting as if they cant hear you, the drop the call. This has been by far the most terrible user experience, I so wish employers can move from Alex Forbes, services is terrible
