“Good day all The below bad service reviews from clients is exactly what I experienced all is true below ! . I dont want to even coment, service is none exsistent ! Asking my broker to move my funds ......very disapointed. Even the goverment Metal industries ( MIBFA ) gave 100% much better service. Cant even put one star as there is no service !”

“The website is always unavailable to what they say is high traffic. That use to be a problem in 2000 not 2024. Get better servers. Terrible service and asking for a funds transfer to a better brokerage company”

“When I asked my spouse why she was deleting all of the messages from her phone, she told me that her memory was full and she needed more space, which sounded too good to be true. “I left my previous company in Sep 2023 all my documents was submitted.I had a policy with Alexander forbes and one with Sanlam .My Sanlam policy paid out a week after I left and until now I never received anything from Alexander Forbes.They first told me SARS declined tax clearance,without a reason .I got a call the previous company administrator telling rather to go to SARS to find out what the problem is,going to Sars I found out that they used someone else's tax no .I then called and emailed them my tax certificate, a week later I received a email stating that SARS again declined ,finding out they submitted my documents wrong stating I am a foreigner and does not have and ID.I got some positive feedback now,so I am waiting on my claim to be paid out.These people should really get the act together and have proper info when they need to give feedback.”

“Resigned, did complete withdrawal . The claim not processed and yet AF consultants calling me on reinvestment options. My previous company has shown them proof of submission of my claim . It went all quiet. AF are the biggest mafias and crooks”

“This ia the worst service I have ever experienced my last day at my previous employer was 31 Dec 2024 to date no payment made after numerous follow ups its been almost 5 months now, no direct feedback or information just keeps saying the claim is in process… 😡😡😡😡😡 4-6 weeks has turn into 5 months without progress”
