“I received them on Tues and began wearing them on Wed and did so through the week. Was in the office most of each day, but did take some walks outside. Seem to be working fine at this point, will know more with in a week. I’m dealing what mortan’s neuroma in both feet, within the toes. I was recommended to try these by my Egoscue therapist to augment what he is helping me with. Have gone to Egoscue for ~15 years. They have meant much to my overall quality of life. Thanks.”

“My Aline's were used in all of my training and running races. They have lasted for over 5 years with no feet or leg problems. I am 76 years old. My yearly running mileage, up to a few years ago, was 12 to 1500 miles a year.”

“Best insoles I have tried (and I have tried many). I have Plantar Fasciitis and theses insoles are a dream come true for my feet. I put them in my golf shoes, which is usually when my feet act up after several rounds of golf. So far, they are perfect. Expensive, but worth it.”

“I use Aline orthotics in my cycling and walking shoes. Yesterday I walked four miles and the inserts performed as expected. I have neuromas in both feet and simply can’t walk more than 1/10 mile without pain. I love Aline products!”

“I was having so much pain in my IT band that I couldn't jog and walked very slowly. Popped the Aline inserts in and after just a few days I'm almost back to 100%!”

“The red ALINE System has a brilliant dynamic element that is effective for both the foot and the chain upwards throughout the body. They are firm yet one "uses" them; so, they are not hard. I am 69, I have a 4 level lumbar fusion, some spotty lower extremity weakness, hyperpronation on one foot and slowly falling arches. I use these inserts in a pair of hiking boots and a pair of mountain running shoes. Yesterday was a 5 mile circuit 2000 foot elevation gain. With my feet held in dynamic alignment I was able to work my body with symmetrical function and there were no aches and pains afterwards. Yup, I'm a physical therapist. There was a course decades ago titled "When the Foot Hits the Ground (everything changes). It's true. Try them.”
