“Quick delivery and excellent price. The Corona sideboard was exactly what I had expected in terms of size, quality, etc and significantly cheaper than on some other websites. Also it was in stock for immediate dispatch, unlike most other websites. I was most impressed with the speed of delivery. When I saw which carrier they were using my heart sank. I had had so many problems with that particular carrier a couple of years ago but this time they were absolutely spot on. Overall I'm very impressed and will be buying from Allure Furnishings Ltd again soon.”

“The furniture was great. Really good quality and my kids love the bunk bedsbeds but their communication was really bad. Direct contact is only available by email and I didn't have one phone call back when I contacted their switchboard several times. Delivery was late but I don't know whether that was allure or XPD”

We can only apologise for the lack of communication and have recently made improvements to our customer support team 12/05 and hope this will provide a better experience for our customers. With regards delivery we are constantly aiming to improve the levels of service provided by our business partners but ultimately the control we have over the service they deliver on our behalf is limited. “I received my wardrobe with missing parts, I have continuously emailed and phoned up to try and get the missing parts sent out and still nothing. My 5 year old daughter can't even open her wardrobe because it's the handles that were missing. The wardrobe itself is lovely would look even nicer finished. So disappointed with the after care.”

We can only apologise about the delay in the parts. The parts were shipped as you initially requested and we have resent parts again. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

“Not very happy, bought 4 corona headboards, unpacked the first one and it snapped, very flimsy, not good quality at all”
