“Careful on delivery.
They suddenly place your orders as delivered on the system but nothing was delivered. 3 times I experienced.
Customer service are liars also. They always says you will receive the product by 9pm. But nothing will arrive.”

“Seller account support FBA are extremely incompetent to the extent they reply to you with a complete different issue or with something completely unrelated to your case. For 3 weeks I am writing to them and they still reply with none sense. You cannot escalate your case or have someone with minimum knowledge take ownership of your case. Very terrible service you can create memes out of it!”

“I don't know how they got their image as fast delivery, this is not true in UAE. They have the worst ever shipping delivery service with lazy courier agents, rude and all liers. The delivery never comes in time and forces you to wait for them or sometimes not coming at all.
The Amazon customer service doesn't do anything about it, they keep sending bot messages, postponing the delivery from a day to other.

“Worst service ever. Even having prime account they don't deliver it and moreover the customer care bang the phone on customers who call for complaints. Even the supervisor also cannot help the customers. Please go with them only if you don't have any other choice. Spoke to Mr Gaurav of customer service and supervisor Mr. Khuram. They are not ready to take the complaint also. So try to avoid them if possible.

“Unmitigated disaster. I am a Prime member. They’ve yet to honour their commitments. Recent orders have arrived late, split into multiple separate deliveries of the same product, and they failed to deliver twice and just cancelled. Moreover, instead of refunding fully they credit gift cards. Utterly incompetent and immoral company.”
“The worst online company in the world I placed an urgent order, after 2 days they say there is some online problem so they cancelled the order and then they it will take 5-7 business working days for refund now my money is stuck in the air and my product which was urgent for me I will not receive it on time and not sure whether I will receive it or not. This is the worst experience of my life ever I had this huge company is just huge in size nothing else is huge all other things are thirst class about Amazon. They will keep the money stuck in the air without any reason and keep delaying the important orders.”
