“Horrible experience every time I order from Amazon.ae. The drivers are rude and unprofessional. They expect me to wait for them at home for over 12 hours and when you call them to follow up they are rude and hand up in your face. Also, if they come, the drivers never have change and when you ask them to return the change they take your money and never come back. The customer service are useless, you complain and they never solve the problem. I stopped using them and if there was less than a start I would give this horrible service. Use other available online stores they are much better and cheaper”

It arrived and it was fake, and had "not for sale" all over it.. so I contact them and speak to 4 people.. their reply.. tough luck.. I am not allowed to send it back because I did not keep the original plastic packaging they sent it in!!!! which I had to cut to get the shampoo and conditioner open.. terrible terrible service”

I bought milk from them for a large amount, and when I received the product, it turned out that it will expire in a month!! “Seller account support FBA are extremely incompetent to the extent they reply to you with a complete different issue or with something completely unrelated to your case. For 3 weeks I am writing to them and they still reply with none sense. You cannot escalate your case or have someone with minimum knowledge take ownership of your case. “I don't know how they got their image as fast delivery, this is not true in UAE. They have the worst ever shipping delivery service with lazy courier agents, rude and all liers. The delivery never comes in time and forces you to wait for them or sometimes not coming at all.
