“In my point of view the Amazon uae they have to work on customer service and how to treat their loyal customers with fairness, I purchase a milk for my new born and I suppose to receive it by today, while browsing my order track I was surprised since it’s confirmed that I received by yesterday, otherwise the delivery company they didn’t call or texted me I called the customer service and clearly they confirm that this is the delivery company fault and I have to assume it myself not the Amazon company or the delivery company ,they have to pinch for that saying that you will receive a refund by card wich takes until upon 15 days you don’t know people are in wich financial situation I don’t have money to buy milk for my baby this is the only money that I have !!!I don’t ask for charity but I paid money for specific service that has to be accomplished wich is not the case”

“Useless customer service. Never deliver on committed date/time in the order. Charge additional for delivery but don't deliver on date/time mentioned in the order.
And no way to register a complaint. Online tracking shows attempted delivery and the delivery team is entering comments in their internal system stating customer did not answer the calls while attempting to deliver. In reality no one from AMAZON or delivery courier called the customer. They have done this multiple times with me. Everytime you call the customer service through call now option it takes minimum 15 mts to connect with a customer service representative. Any customer waiting on the call will loose patience and drop the call in 3 to 5 mts. But I have stayed on the call to get connected after 17 minutes of waiting.
They just don't know what is CUSTOMER SERVICE or to respect the commitments they have made in their own order.
I will never use this AMAZON.AE to order any thing i want.”
