Avoid their delivery service as much as you can. They will throw items over your fence or leave it in public street. Lost count on how many items got lost or broken. Then you contact their customer service and they try to delay you by transferring you so many times they hope you give up. It is better to order somewhere else or simply driving to a store....

Amazon.ae as of late becomes an awful company. I got 2 wrong orders, and SCAMMED with the refund. Please do not order different sum of items, as they refund only the smallest amount in your item list. And will put you in limbo with their customer support promises which always failed. Never get my remaining refund item back.

Amazon ae, delayed delivery and worst customer service. Agent keeps on promising that the delivery is on process and will be deluvered as soon as possibl,and still no progress.Feel sad as it was not like these couple of years back.

I bought a lenovo laptop from Amazon as a gift for my wife on her birthday. On her birthday, when she opened the gift, I found out that the laptop was not what I ordered. I requested to return the item, and the refund policy for the wrong item takes 14 days! whereby the issue is really obvious, the two laptops has completely different models! How come a company with the size of Amazon do not track such matters!! And why do i need to wait for 14 days minimum to refund the payment. If I didn't pay attention I probably kept the laptop and they just get away with it. This is unacceptable and robbing customers with confidence!

Totally disgusted with ​⁠(lack of) support on Echo 10. My Echo 10 stopped working after factory reset and turned into a brick which would no longer connect to my wifi network. Amazon's solution to having used a standard menu option which disables the device is to buy a brand new one. Seriously? Is this some kind of bad joke?!? Sounds more like a scam to me! If only I can rate it negative 5 I will surely do it for sure. Item was delivered to a different address and I dont have the option to remove the previous residential address I have. Very unacceptable. Very bad customer service.

don't buy from a company without any way to contact if anything went wrong you will never be able to contact them if I'm wrong tell me one real way to contact AMAZON AE there's no phone number at all no way except live chat and it has to be with USA office for AMAZON they put you forever on hold, they never tell you anything useful, and at the end we will ask them to contact you if you respect yourself don't buy from amazon AE

Amazon suspended my account and requested credit card payment details and statement to confirm payment. In the meanwhile I cannot contact their customer service as there is no way to access the service unless you are signed it. This 2024, how idiotic is that??? It's been 3 days, and my money has been allocated to Amazon, yet my account is still suspended. For a website service in 2024 to function like a 2005 website serviice, is plainly pathetic.

I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer, but recently, my orders have been delayed multiple times. It’s frustrating to get an estimated delivery date, only to have it pushed back repeatedly without explanation. This inconsistency is unacceptable and makes me reconsider using Amazon for future purchases !

Discovered late that the Lalique Amethyst Exquisite perfume purchased from Amazon in 2019 was fake. Noticed the difference in scent only when using the genuine item now and comparing it with the old one. Disappointed with the seller and Amazon's oversight. Be vigilant when buying this product.Rating: 1 star ⭐

In my point of view the Amazon uae they have to work on customer service and how to treat their loyal customers with fairness, I purchase a milk for my new born and I suppose to receive it by today, while browsing my order track I was surprised since it’s confirmed that I received by yesterday, otherwise the delivery company they didn’t call or texted me I called the customer service and clearly they confirm that this is the delivery company fault and I have to assume it myself not the Amazon company or the delivery company ,they have to pinch for that saying that you will receive a refund by card wich takes until upon 15 days you don’t know people are in wich financial situation I don’t have money to buy milk for my baby this is the only money that I have !!!I don’t ask for charity but I paid money for specific service that has to be accomplished wich is not the case

Amazon UAE is such a big scam, they never deliver, they never get back to me or solve my problem or even refund my money, the customer service is such a jock, they keep lying ans lying claimg the the order is on the way for more than 10days, so rude responds from them and they even hangup the phone on ur face when ubtray to clarify why they were laying. This company is a big shame for this country, they are giving a very bad impression and destroying the reputation of the UAE. Someone has to stop them, legal actions has to be taking against those scamers.
