1- they delete all negative reviews for their priority sellers with horrible service. 2- their delivery people just dump packages at the door without even ringing the bell or anything. 3- Bad customer service. Definitely not my go to

Worst company to order your products from. No proper customer service. Worst delivery companies are hired from amazon who doesn't deliver the product and sends email as delivered or just leaves your parcel at door without your permission or request

Very terrible customer service. Once you place order and funds have been charged to you account they repeat the same story which was practiced during covid in 2020 “ no stock”, although the item which you are trying to purchase will not say that its out stock. On top of it completely incompetent customer service team to deal with customers

I think Amazon has just launched Amazon.ae without any creating the infrastructure or any planning. I have used them twice and despite the guaranteed delivery date of 24 Dec 2022, there are no signs of the items. I had ordered gifts for a friend's wedding and have missed the date as a result. This is the second time. Since I had no option but to cancel the order I cannot even write a review on Amazon.ae. which is quite a clever way for Amazon to prevent any negative feedback

I ordered the laptop from Amazon on 10th Nov and returned it on 15th Nov due to the battery drying out fast. I have raised the complaint for my refund of AED 4545 however, Amazon has not approved the refund and I lost my money and looking for your support on this matter. I have never faced this issue the delivery person picked up the product but now the seller is claiming the product was not received which is not acceptable. I am not sure why Amazon does not have the proper investigation team and support sellers not care about the customer.

DESTROYING THE AMAZON BRAND ORDERS CANCEL, AND UPDATE AND NEVER REACH AND PROVIDE WRONG INFORMATION.. GENERALLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, IF I HAD KNOWN HOW APPALING THE SERVICE IS IN AMAZON AE AS OPPOSED TO ANYWHERE ELSE I WOULDVE MOST CERTAINLY NOT USED THIS RUBBISH SERVICE.. TO ANY AMAZON FANS, PLS SPARE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, THIS SERVICE IS NOT DEPENDABLE AT ALL

Items were not delivered and received mail and SMS that the items were delivered. After contacting them they said it could be that their staff might have scanned the bar code wrongly. Asked me to wait for another 2 days to receive the item and will do refund if not received. Item was very urgent to me

Worst experience ever. I ordered 2 items, paid by card. The next day their mobile app showed that the parcel was delivered, but I couldn’t find it anywhere, either under the door, or in the building. I reached to Amazon support and that advised me that my order was LOST. WTF, why are you lying to your buyers saying that the order was delivered, when it definitely wasn’t. Another thing is that they do not provide you with invoices – you just cannot download than from mobile app, an error appears. It was my first Amazon order ever and I will NEVER buy anything from it again. Guys, we live in 2k22, where the buyer shall AT LEAST have the COURIER TELEPHONE NUMBER and an option to SPECIFY THEIR APARTMENT for the purposes of delivery. 0 out of 10, pure disappointment. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolute disaster service. Very painful experince. I had ordered on 31st August 2022, today is September 12 but no timeliness for delivery yet.when reached out today to customer care my phone was disconnected deliberately. On third time, I was assisted by one agent but he had no clue on the order. The only message was that he doesn't know as it is handle by designated dept. What a horrifying work culture. Had bitter experince in past as well. This is also one reason I use the online platform minimal.

If I could give them 0 stars - I would definetely do that. My order 408-1905257-1196332 had been delivered to me 3 days later than it was supposer to belivered at all. So I decided to return it back cause I had already bought needed thing in another store. I have ordered pick-up back to the warehouse by courrier. And 7 months have passed. I still didn't get any money back for my purchase. And now I DO NOT HAVE my order (Iphone 13 mini) cause it has been sent back to them AND I DO NOT HAVE my money. Great service - I hope that guys from support team would face the same problems on any purchase that they gonna make online. MB in this case they gonna understand what it feels like.

a truly disgusting service. I thought i would try .AE, rather than using .com and paying shop and ship postage. after 2 weeks i've noticed the cost is extreme when ordering items that ship from the US. but not only that, delivery is a nightmare. I get a message telling me an order has been delivered, but it hasn't at all. or i'll get a partial delivery, and when i try and contact customer services they're useless. I just paid extra for delivery the day after, nothing arrived, i was told to wait a few days and see if it turns up. why pay extra for delivery if they're not going to actaully deliver!? disgusting service, inept staff, and far far more expensive and slower than just using the US or UK versions and then paying the S&S postage.

Absolutely unprofessional, I have a return pick up for 4May, the delivery guy come with another orders but not collect my return. Nobody give me unswer why....I spend more than 2000$ on amazon UAE, but I promise never bought on amazon uae again.

I ordered an item from amazon.ae and I received something completely different: different design, material, functionality, quality, color, finishing. It was a disaster. I asked amazon to either send me the right product or refund me in the same way I paid but they refused. I paid in COD and got charged extra 10 AED because I don't have a bank account, how can I be refunded without a bank account. total Fraud, never ever buying anything again from them. The customer service did not even take accountability for the wrong item that was sent to me and was not sorry for anything. Fraud and unethical behavior.

Awful service. Absolutely unprofessional. Order kept updating as delayed but under delivery, whereas it was known that it would not be delivered long before I finally contacted them. It considered a necessary medical treatment. They suggested a refund and free shipment but this did not resolve the case, which could had been addressed probably if I knew on time they would not deliver. On top of that they courier initially claimed the address was wrong, then that they called and did not find me and then , finally , they admitted their driver just did not deliver because of work load ... In other words , playing around the customer.... I would give a zero star if I could.

I been using my old phone for about 3 years so i decided to buy a new one from Amazon. i found a Samsung S22 ultra listing that was for 1200$ so i didn't think much of it and decided to buy it, after that i saw some reviews on other similar listings that they got a fake clone phone so i was worried and as soon as i received the phone i recorded me opening it incase it was and to my surprise it was so i sent the phone back for refund and attached the unpacking video. however yesterday i was told that Because the phone was a fake i won't get my money back?, i'm shocked because i buy stuff form aliexpress, gearbest which are chinese sites and never got anything fake but Amazon which was the listed seller scammed me.

Pathetic process for return and refund. I returned a Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra ten days ago because a defective and poor quality product was sent. Color was also different from what the box said and it looked like someone else’s return was sent to me. For ten days I am battling to get the refund. Spoke to three agents who give different stories. Website does not show item received at Amazon warehouse but agent says received. One agent says refund processed, another says refund failed and a third says I need a manager to do the refund as it is over my limit. Who is lying and who is speaking the truth.

Amazon has been a team which will not support in anyways to customer they have golfed my hard earned money and closed my account due to which my money is lost please don’t trust Amazon in anyways the return policy which they have introduced is worst if you return an item they will accept the return and close your account then your money is lost completely which is a huge amount.

It was very bad experience, I ordered something but I put my previous address by mistake, they told me I have to cancel my order and wait 8 days for the refund, I don't know why your procedures are so complicated, why you can't edit the address, I am not happy, so bad experience with you, in other application you can edit your address, I don't want to order from Amazon again!!!
