I never received my product even though it was spedified on amazon that it was dleivered i raised complains but no one cared to serve me on amazon customer service

Complain to The Economic Department and the Police . If we have about 1000 people with the same Issues , it will be possible to have a Clear and POSTIVE LEGAL CASE !

if u say Amazon USA I will rate them 10 out of 10 , however UAE veryyyyyy bad service, every single delivery being delivered to another location and I have to spend over 10h chasing those worse ever third party delivery companies that amazon UAE thinking that they are doing good. VERY BAD the worst ever.

Awful and rude customer service via chat. The agents name was Ahmed, he was rude, unhelpful, arrogant and talked down to me. Ahmed you should not work in a customer facing role, Amazon customer service is not the place for angry keyboard warriors, who see customers as plebs who are nothing but an annoyance to your night shift.

Sadly now a days Amazon.ae being not up to the level. Never deliver on committed time. Prime customer not getting prime benefits. Customer service also getting worse. Really hard to get things done over the phone. Really really disappointing. Hope they resolve the issues.

A product was purchased and the seller was procrastinating ( scammer) and the site did not perform the role required of it in such cases.

Worst service I received from Amazon’s I ordered 2 shoes from amazon and they cancel my order without me I was waiting for my order whole day nobody call when I called customer service there guy he’s name deepak he talk to me very rudely and behavior was very bad after I start chat there guy Roman he talk to me nicely and told me becoz the things happen he’s giving me 50 Aed voucher now when going to order another shoes I didn’t find voucher when I talk again on chat there lady komal she’s telling there. No voucher issue all Amazon employees cheating with like this and worst customer service in Amazon that they know how to talk to customer and what they telling us they are not doing I’ll inform each and everyone in my circle that never use Amazon

Useless customer service. Never deliver on committed date/time in the order. Charge additional for delivery but don't deliver on date/time mentioned in the order. And no way to register a complaint. Online tracking shows attempted delivery and the delivery team is entering comments in their internal system stating customer did not answer the calls while attempting to deliver. In reality no one from AMAZON or delivery courier called the customer. They have done this multiple times with me. Everytime you call the customer service through call now option it takes minimum 15 mts to connect with a customer service representative. Any customer waiting on the call will loose patience and drop the call in 3 to 5 mts. But I have stayed on the call to get connected after 17 minutes of waiting. They just don't know what is CUSTOMER SERVICE or to respect the commitments they have made in their own order. I will never use this AMAZON.AE to order any thing i want.

Cheater delivery guy from Pakistan, didn’t try to call us and mentioned attempt to deliver. I want him fired from this job to make such a lie statement. If he is offered this job then company is responsible to bear all the consequences. Worst experience. Amazon will flourish only in the jungle if it continues.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Delayed a shipment, transferred it 3x to the wrong station and now… No more option to cancel and no delivery BUT THEY DO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I purchased a Z fold Samsung mobile and warranty for 2 years ( 540 aed for only the warranty ) ,after 5 weeks the screen is totally black and mobile doesnot work . Now 7 days I am contacting them but they donot want to repair or to refund or to find solution I purchased the mobile from Amazon under AlNajm electronics they provided . To be honest Amazon and AlNajm are not to be trusted , I just complain now in DED against both of them This was in Dubai

1- they delete all negative reviews for their priority sellers with horrible service. 2- their delivery people just dump packages at the door without even ringing the bell or anything. 3- Bad customer service. Definitely not my go to

Worst company to order your products from. No proper customer service. Worst delivery companies are hired from amazon who doesn't deliver the product and sends email as delivered or just leaves your parcel at door without your permission or request

Very terrible customer service. Once you place order and funds have been charged to you account they repeat the same story which was practiced during covid in 2020 “ no stock”, although the item which you are trying to purchase will not say that its out stock. On top of it completely incompetent customer service team to deal with customers

I think Amazon has just launched Amazon.ae without any creating the infrastructure or any planning. I have used them twice and despite the guaranteed delivery date of 24 Dec 2022, there are no signs of the items. I had ordered gifts for a friend's wedding and have missed the date as a result. This is the second time. Since I had no option but to cancel the order I cannot even write a review on Amazon.ae. which is quite a clever way for Amazon to prevent any negative feedback
