I ordered an item since 12 July & it's 21 August today & still undeliverable but on its website! What a stupid website for Amazon.ca. Even spoke to 3 different supervisor, latest Terry said: "I'll personally follow up with your order" but never heard anything from her @ all. Moving shortly & developed an infection from not having the item.

I decided to start selling a sample of my handmade products on Amazon.ca - I signed , up for Fulfillment by Amazon and shipped 75 of our facial serums to start. The serums sold fairly well, even though my margins were much lower on this platform. I sent another 25, as the one kind was out of stock. The 25 serums arrived at the fulfillment center in July 2019, never to be seen again. Those 25 facial serums, though said, they were inside the fullfillment center, never have been returned or never did appear in the amazon.ca seller central listing. After many, many times of contacting Amazon.ca about these missing products, it was never an answer, just a generated email, that directed me to do more, to find my facial serums. I have cancelled all my amazon accounts and would never do business with this company again.

I’ve been a customer of Amazon.ca and have ordered almost a hundred items from them over the years. A few weeks ago I ordered a Tartan Tape Dispenser from Amazon.ca. When I opened the package the product was completely dusty with a crack at the top. It was DEGUSTING! So I complained with pics, returned it and t ordered another one. Viola! The exact same one was sent to me. Except this time sand was falling off the dispenser onto my desk when I took it out. I chatted with Chnmay in customer service and related the problem and requested to talk to a supervisor. Chinmay refused, said “the decision of the supervisor would be the same as mine.” I asked again, and Chinmay refused again. Chinmay would not let me talk to a supervisor. Chinmay made the decision that I’d just get a refund. So I kept this chat on my computer for anyone interested to read. Amazon.ca let somebody like Chinmay to handle customers’ problems. I used to like Amazon, but now Chinmay made me change my mind.

I used my credit card few years ago to buy few items from their website. The decision I regret. Although I didn't use their services anymore, I was charged few days ago for prime membership. They are stealing my credit card. Be aware from these thugs.

Misleading Advertising - Do Not Purchase! The product was advertised as 4 face masks per package. I ordered two packages but there was only 1 face mask per package. I contacted the seller (in China) who indicated that they only sell them 1 per package. The seller offered me a rebate of $2 CDN. This will be my last purchase from Amazon. I will return to brick and mortar stores so that I can see what I am buying. Note: Amazon Canada would not permit me to post this review on their website. They just want to silence anyone who criticizes (justly so) their false advertising and zero customer service.

My items never arrived ...... :(((( So unhappy with the service of Amazon.CA Amazon.ca is happy to take my money, but does not have the integrity to ship the product ordered. Never an answer, attempted multiple time. Never a response, not by phone, email, messages, NOTHING No product arrives Must ALL be hiding behind their liberal COVID mask. DO NOT ORDER FROM AMAZON.CA

I really miss dealing with Amazon in the U.S., they stopped delivering to Canada well I guess more than a few years ago now, but they use to. In fact generally speaking I way prefer dealing with American sales reps and company's over Canadian sales reps and company's any day. Don't get me wrong there's plenty about Canada I prefer to the U.S. but sales isn't one of them. Dealing with an American sales rep. especially thru the American Amazon is always, ALWAYS a real friendly experience (I know, it's global now, but I always insist I get patched thru to the U.S.), it's like going back in time to when the seller made the buyer's satisfaction seem important; yeah, a long long time ago customers were always right and losing one mattered, and you could return things hassle free. In fact, in my experience, each and every time I wanted to return something to Amazon.com they said just keep it and we'll refund your money. In Canada, the the reps and company's have become so money grabby and good luck making a return; when it comes to money Canadians are like dogs with bones. For many years I've been ordering from American Amazon and then driving all the way to Blaine to pick up products via the postal box I rent; chiefly my hair dye products, the boarder guards think I'm nuts, until I point out that on the American Amazon a tube of this dye is $8. where as the very same tube on the Canadian Amazon is $100. I buy 3 at a time so the difference is $24. U.S. to $300. CAN, clearly worth the trip! With boarders closed I'm back to Can. Amazon and as others have pointed out, if anything goes wrong, due to COVID there's nobody to contact, their phones are down. It seems that other company's such as Walmart for example have figured out how to have phone calls funneled to workers who talk to you from home, but Amazon.ca has not figured this out, they've simply shut everything down; they're still taking customers money though! Anyhow good luck with returning anything during best of times they're dogs with bones when it comes to money.

Wow just wow I bought an air conditioner for 188.00$ ok wasn't expecting 12000 BTU for that kind of money but...it took 2 1/2 months to get here, which I could've forgiven but when it did come it was made out of the cheapest plastic and it didn't even blow any air!!! I thought for almost 200$ that it might blow harder than my fan...ohhh how wrong was I!!!! Now I don't even know where to return it...???? Anyone know the return address would be? They don't even answer the phone number that I googled! Soooo frustrated!!!! Never again!!! Thank God I bought a normal air conditioner at Canadian tire! I won't be doing any more shopping at this place in the future!!!!

Amazon was once a highly recommended company from me. Their complete lack of accountability and constant changes made to delivery dates on prime and paid shipped packages, has left me wondering why do I pay for a membership to receive consistently late deliveries and watch T.V. series cancelled twenty to thirty years ago? I work in a business that deals mainly with shipping products nationally and internationally within no more than one to two weeks maximum. The over use of the covid 19 pandemic as an excuse to gouge people on a membership fee and fail to meet promises is utterly unacceptable.

I have been a prime member for 3 years. I’ve had the WORSE exp for the past year with Amazon. Most of the representatives don’t care. The supervisors aren’t any better. I’ve had items not show up, late, damaged or the drivers just darn right lazy and say they delivered the item but no item was there. And when you call no one seems to care. I am fed up with Amazon. I rather purchase from Walmart or my local stores. It’s pointless being a prime member.

If there was a zero, that's what Amazon.ca deserves. Many items missing, no transparency where products are coming from. Some are coming from China, others from the US or somewhere in Europe. I've been waiting for iver a month for several products. Asked to cancel and refund. No reply. They make it impossible to talk to them directly. The site just keeps re-directing you to automated faqs. Frustrating vicious cycle. No phone number or email that we can reach. This is just plain dishonest. Reporting to the BBB and consumer protection is the only way left now.

Amazon.ca does not take responsibility for items missing in shipping. It's a viscious circle trying to contact them. Ebay is doing a better job.

Amazon.ca is a broker that allows third parties to sell goods. Amazon takes no responsibility for returns, refunds etc., it simply refers you to store owner. Amazon.ca is not Amazon.com with its many warehouses etc. Most of the items are from overseas including China. Expect delays, disappointments. Buy Local

0 customer service. Emails get sent back with a no reply due to covid. Number field for them to call you doesnt work. The number for customer service is out. Tried contacting there social media. No reply. Okay its covid.... But ghosting your customers completely. Taking my money then not let me know whats happening with it and no one to ask. I dont understand how the social media team can be taking pictures of warehouse workers and stories about them (during covid). But can't have someone answer emails.
