The worst costumer sevice .i stoped my Amazon prime because of them .i called more than 10 time to ask about my refund, and they kept ignoring me. They said that they didn’t receive the item . Then the employee said that she will do investigation and come back to me within 48 hours and she never come back. Then when I called again to ask , she hang up the phone. Very rude.

Amazon customer service cannot seem to understand basic English. Amazon Prime is not working and their site actually says that. The customer service Rep keeps wanting to troubleshoot my tv and etc. What does my TV have to do with their system being down??

I'm getting sick of Amazon.ca not putting the preorder link up for "How to Train Your Dragon" on 4K! It's available to order on Amazon USA, and Amazon CA should open the preorder link at the same time! I'm really getting fed up of waiting for the preorder link to go up!

Bought a flag for 26$, I’m a prime member . The flag was supposed to be delivered 3 days after purchase. Received a note saying it will arrive late then another note a week later saying they lost the flag. Tried to get my money back and they tell me , if you want your money back you need to ship back the flag that I never received. Closed my account, lost 26$ and shame on these rich Americans.won’t do any business again with them.

On June 12, 2025, I placed an order through Amazon with a guaranteed delivery date of June 16, 2025. That commitment was broken—not due to weather, delays, or logistics, but because the delivery driver “couldn’t locate” the clearly marked main entrance and refused to complete the delivery. I immediately brought this to Amazon’s attention, expecting them to uphold the level of service they promise millions of customers every day. Their response? A mere $5.00 concession for a failed delivery, wasted time, and outright refusal to fulfill the order—despite the fact that the address was accurate and accessible. Let this be a message to Amazon and a warning to the public: when a trillion-dollar corporation treats customer service as a checkbox and compensates failure with pocket change, it exposes a disturbing truth—profit comes before people. If Amazon cannot deliver what it promises—and chooses to minimize the impact on loyal customers—then it’s time consumers take their business elsewhere. We deserve better than indifference.

Amazon never seems to deliver during regular business hours. I have requested this numerous times. However, they completely ignore this. I have often stated that I don’t need to have a product with in two days, but that I would really like it delivered before 5:00 pm. It’s completely ridiculous that I should get woken up on a count of a late delivery. Really not impressed.

After my withdrawal request was denied, I couldn’t access my trading account. I felt frustrated and anxious, afraid I might lose my investment. Sadly, I know many others face similar issues, which can seriously damage trust in trading platforms. Thankfully, Mrs. Mercy and her team stepped in and guided me through the process. With their help, I was able to recover my funds.

It seems that since COVID is under control, Amazon.ca has gone down hill rapidly. Parcels arrive late and damaged. Unauthorized subscription renewals. Web site is a joke. I have been trying to Cancel my subscription for 3 months now but with no success. Much better results with Amazon.com

I pay for Prime Delivery service. Specific instructions on my account. Prime drivers don’t read them and constantly deliver to the wrong address and location. Their customer service promises to fix this but never does anything. Regular delivery drivers have no issue following the delivery instructions. Amazon offers nothing in compensation and just ongoing platitudes and promises with no follow up or improvement. Obviously they don’t care about their customers!!

In the past Amazon Canada's customer service was impeccable, now is terrible; customer always have to wait. Been waiting for days, even weeks for them to proceed refunds or replays from sellers... received damaged product , smashed in a ripped box but I have to wait for the seller to approve the refund. WTH ...THEY WILL SEE ME BY LESS AND LESS FROM THEM!!! THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES TOO YOU KNOW...

Deliver to parcel on Saturday tried to tell them that we were at Mount Sinai hospital coming home from my husband's hip replacement the package was delivered 2 hours before we got home when I got home there was no package there now they're refusing to refund my money or send me the newPackage how fair is that not fair at all

Ordered $2500 worth of stereo equipment got shorted many items that were in stock but now magically are not half a dozen phone calls later Big run around complete waste of time. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely Disgusted – Never Received My Order I’m beyond fed up. I ordered an item and, once again, Amazon’s delivery person left it in front of the building, instead of bringing it up to my apartment on the third floor. They didn’t even bother to ring the bell—how hard is it to press a button so I know my package is outside? This isn’t just a one-time mistake. This happens to me EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I’ve lost count of how many times I've gone downstairs to find my package already stolen or gone. It's like Amazon thinks the hallway is a safe locker. News flash: it’s not. To make things worse, this time Amazon refused to refund me because I had a few previous refunds. As if it's my fault their delivery process is a complete joke. I'm being punished for their repeated negligence. How about fixing your system instead of blaming loyal customers? If this is a common issue, maybe it’s time to rethink your delivery policies instead of acting like the customer is the problem. I’m officially done with Amazon. This platform has become completely unreliable, and I refuse to waste any more money on items that never even reach me.

I had a very disappointing experience with Amazon customer service. I called to ask a simple question about an Apple Watch I had returned and whether ordering another would have the same issue. The representative was extremely rude—he interrupted me, refused to answer clearly, and then hung up on me. I felt completely disrespected. I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer, but after this, I’m seriously reconsidering my trust in the company. No customer should be treated like this.

Very disappointed with Amazon lately the people there that don’t read the emails of what you want done in the customer service department and now they cancelled something and I have to wait 2 to 4 days to get my money back. They made the problem even worse, so I’m never gonna be. I’m not renewing my prime membership. I’m not gonna be doing anything with Amazon Prime Video at what it expires as well and I will be choosing competitors to buy from in the future I will not support a company that doesn’t read messages through customer service chat and then apologizes for a lousy five dollar credit. That doesn’t do it so this is the end of my relationship with Amazon.
