Amazon prime video. Was trying to watch Mayor of Kingstown. Language was set to something not English. Went through the .ca site, only got American customer service , or so they said. Blamed the issue on Paramount, then on my device, then on the fact I could not use the phone. Do not recommend. And for the Prime price, very disappointing

Good morning all, I'm one in millions that have a recall for my Philips Respironics CPAP devices ( unfortunitely I have 2). The recall process is very painfull, no support from third party hired by Philips, they have no clue whatsoever about how and when youwill get the new devices. After almost 2 years, I called Philips USA, to find out that they did replaced my defectif devices, but where are they??? I bought my 2 devices on Amazon, I live in Ontario Canada, I found out that one unit is in Montreal and the other is in Nova Scotia. I contacted the Montreal store and they never called me back to confirm that my devices is there. Nova Scotia store did confirm but want to charge me shipping fees for my DEVICE. Why do I have to pay that fee??? I live in Ontario, not Nova Scotia. I called many many time Philips customer service, with promises of results from Canadian Philips side, I never ever got one phone call from Philips Canada side to once and for all solve this long lasting issues. Maybe 2024 or 2025 will be the years that I will finally get my devices???? I will can Philips this morning to see if they are willing for once to step up and do something about my situation or they will bounce me back and forward to diferrent department and voicemail that no one care to answer. Just talk to an AMAZOn customer service, and AMAZON won't help me retrive my devices from their vendors. I bought my devices thru AMAZON and they have the power to tell their vendors to send me at NO COST my recalled DEVISES. It is a very particular situation and no one wants to help and resolve my situation. IS AMAZON WILL STEP UP ? They are the one that I bought those 2 devices

I ordered big things big amounts and every time I do I get screwed over and they make me look like the liar. I got screwed over once again and they still say that I did not order that when I know I did but it’s not on the order form, which is missing out of my my bank account, they need to fix their customer service I’m almost ready to say enough and cancel the entire Amazon and prime. They are not worth it. They don’t even deserve the one star. I’m so tired of the customer always being wrong when I thought customers were always right, especially when they look in their bank account and they know what they see.

Delivery driver dropped our packages then kicked them, all caught on camera. We called to make a complaint and the first guy says sorry wrong number, so hubby calls the exact same number, and the guy says you have to understand our drivers get frustrated!! So, I guess they consider this okay! I may just cancel my memberships and never buy from them again!!!!

The biggest problem with Amazon is their 3rd party sellers and the fact Amazon does not take responsibility for them. The latest issue occurred when I ordered a TV stand with led lights. The seller sent the wrong tv stand. It was a cheaper version of the one I ordered and it was defective and could not be assembled. I asked for a refund. It took a week of arguing with the seller and Amazon only to be sent a label for Canada Post requiring me to pay return shipping. First of all Canada Post doesn't ship anything over 66lbs, this item weighed 102.3 lbs it too 2 men to carry it in when delivered. Also told I could ship back by courier again at my expense to the tune of $289.75. So now we've had to appeal the A-Z Guarantee decision with no guarantee of a refund and wait up to another 2 weeks. I have spent hours and days on the phone this week with Amazon, my calls are often dropped, they never call back when this happens, reps who say they will follow up never do. Amazon writes Easy Returns on their listings including 3rd Party Sellers It is the furthest thing from easy and especially when it's not customers fault. The customer service is completely lacking and Amazon doesn't care.

I have been an Amazon customer for many years. everything was great, without any problems. But the last couple of months have been kind of terrible. After each order, my account is checked. I have to send additional data. I don’t have enough of this data. I need to send new ones, terrible service.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience: I purchased the Tork Universal TJ0922A Jumbo Bath Tissue from Amazon, and unfortunately, my experience with the return process has been nothing short of a nightmare. I initially requested a return and refund on Aug 14, 2023, but when attempting to return the item, I was shocked to discover that Canada Post would charge an exorbitant $90 for the return, surpassing the original cost of the item itself. Upon contacting Amazon, I was assured they would investigate the issue and determine why the item wasn't eligible for free return. Unfortunately, in September, my return was denied. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service, and after speaking to a representative, I was promised a credit back as a gift card. However, to my dismay, I never received the gift card, and my money was never refunded. In my pursuit of a resolution, I contacted Michelle Lee, purportedly a manager at Amazon. To my disbelief, she not only displayed a complete lack of empathy but also told me to "go to hell" and explicitly stated that she doesn't care about what customer service had promised me. Shockingly, she then proceeded to abruptly hang up the phone. This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Not only did I end up paying more for the return than the actual item, but the unprofessional behavior from a manager at Amazon is completely unacceptable. I expected better customer service from such a reputable company. I caution potential buyers to be wary of the return process and hope that Amazon addresses these issues to maintain their credibility.

I had ordered a computer that did not work when it arrived. I sent it back and it was recieved by Amazon November 6 2023, it is now January 5 2024, I have yet to receive the refund, and I have incurred 2 months of interest charges, totaling over $120, that Amazon said they will not reimburse me for even though they admitted that the delay in the refund was due to a "glitch" on their end. The customer service rep kept saying there is nothing he or anyone there can do and that I should contact the credit card company. I own a small business and if myself or one of my employees causes a customer to be out of pocket above and beyond the cost of the item due to something we have done I am covering that expense it's only fair and good customer service. If I didn't need to use Amazon for business I would boycott and avoid them all together. It's a shame when a company takes advantage of customers Beca see they have a monopoly.

I found that parts listed as compatible with your item often don't fit. Mostly these are from China. This wastes your time. When a item shows up on Google, search again on Amazon because there are multiple sellers with different prices. At least on eBay you can select the lowest price. Lastly, leaving your package at your door when you are home is stupid. Ring the doorbell. Jeff Bezos is the problem.

The delivery people must all have broken fingers because they NEVER ring the doorbell. I love in an apartment complex and they just leave it at the reception area (which is not secure) or between the 2 doors (which is definitely less secure than the reception area). I have complained about this several time and I am always told that they will leave a message for the delivery department but it continues to happen. They obviously don’t care about their customers.

My account was hacked on Mon. Dec. 18, 2023 and I told them about the call I rec. and that the person called from THEIR customer service number and he had accessed all my confidential info in my account including my credit cards. They ignored the part about the scammer calling from the Amazon customer service # and told me not to use my acct. for 2 days and not to touch the items that appeared in my cart as they were looking into it. I waited 4 days then checked my account and the items were still in my cart and when I called them again I was put through to a female who kept telling me that there was noting in my cart. I asked her TWICE to confirm that I was speaking to Amazon Canada and she said yes. After 23min on the phone with this person, she finally said "oh I know what the problem is, this is Amazon.com not .ca." Are you ^%%$ kidding me!!! I was then transferred to .ca and left on hold for 20min only to get an individual who said he did not have experience with this sort of stuff and eventually said that he was forwarding my file to their fraud dept. which I remarked that it was supposed to already be there as of the Mon. when I originally called. I also asked him to place a hold on my Prime subscription as it was due the next day and I had no credit cards because I had to cancel them and he said he would take care of it. That same day I rec. an email from amazon Prime stating that I had no credit card on file and 2 more following that stating that there were problems with my card so thank you for that customer service. I called them again today (Dec. 30/23) after getting another email from Prime and I could hardly understand the woman as she kept cutting out and as she was claiming to fix the issue(s) she just hung up on me. What the hell is wrong with Amazon? This has been such a disgusting experience and after 2 weeks I still have NOT rec. any correspondence from them about dealing with the HACK and violation of my personal information. Perhaps they should also consider putting the number to customer service on the site instead of people having to google it. Is it a friggin secret???

Scammed into paying for Amazon prime. I canceled my trial membership and Amazon still decided to make me pay for a second month. Garbage company I will not ever sign up for Prime free trial again. When I spoke to customer service they say it's through Google pay and can't do anything...what a scam!!!!! Don't shop Amazon!!!!
