For the most part Amazon is a handy way to get things, especially when you are rural and have to travel a long ways for shopping. Unfortunately there packing department does not have much common sense. I order Pails of cat litter. they are sealed and have a handy handle on them. But instead of just sticking a packing label on the pail they throw them in boxes, so 2 pails in a big box or 3 pails in a bigger box.... and if you order anything else they put it in there too. 4 months in a row now I have received a large box with a couple pails of litter and 3 boxes of coffee pods- as you can imagine the boxes of coffee pods are destroyed. I have attempted to contact customer service to see how i go about getting the pails shipped not in the box with the coffee. But customer service was only willing to send me a prepaid label to send the litter back..... or the coffee back....... they were less than useless and just infuriated me.

I used to like Amazon until I started buying more stuff from them and realized a couple of things: Prime is a scam. 2 days delivery for most stuff is more like three weeks or never receive it especially if you order from a third-party vendor. And when you call customer service to deal with a problem, they do not take responsibility for the vendor they partnered with and the customer (me) loses out. Customer services for the most part is good, but I had an experience with a manager of all things which did not listen, kept interrupting and making excuses. Amazon needs to get with the game because they are soon going to be out of business if they keep this up. I will now buy my stuff locally and only use Amazon as a last resort.

Amazon has switched from a reliable delivery service (Intelcom) to Amazon Logistics???? which is awful. Delivery dates are not accurate and they have no idea what they are doing. I have had enough with Amazon and the stress deliveries are now causing me and am cancelling my prime membership. I have spent many many thousands of dollars over the years with Amazon, but not anymore. Time to cut ties and there are other options out there.

Delivery drivers or, drone operators continuously left our packages out in the element when they could be placed at the fro t door where there is a covered canopy. Week of december29thwe received ed 2 shipments at zip code L5V1J1 and both were left in the elements by the garage which got co ered in snow on December 23rd and rain soaked package on December 21, 2021. If these deliveries are done by a driver give it a zero performance, if they were done by drone delivery I rather shop at HD or CT where my shipments are dropped in a safe area... my front door under the canopy.

I have lost my job and they are taking money from me for a membership I did not ask for. When I did have a membership it was only for the 2 day shipping, which I do not get any more. Amazon.ca is taking my money even after we had an argument about this. WORST part is the crooks do what they can to be very hard to find and contact customer service.

Amazon Canada claims to have free shipping for Prime members but has now come up with the "Add on Items" Whenever I try to find ordinary items for a reasonable price, It is an add on item, so I would have to order two. The rest of the similar items cost more than buying at other stores. Now, some items have international shipping charges, prime member or not. It takes forever to find anything to buy now. Also, some things have been taking two months to arrive. I used to order often. I think I may slow it down.

Amazon has been doing very poorly with its deliveries. Amazon is using Intellicom Express and either they suck or Amazon is using them to get away with delayed shipments. Promised items that don't arrive the day it to be delivered. I personally will put a halt to my ordering from Amazon.

For my first several orders, )products that came from Amazon) the service was great, the latest product THEY sold me, comes from China, via YunExpress apparently, tracking said "Delivered" 3 days ago...NOPE, not to me or my house!! And now I'm getting ZERO customer service from both Amazon AND the seller in China, nothing but garbage!! I can't even access information on Amazon to get proper customer service, and they don't want to hear about my issue all it says is, wait 3 days and then contact seller...well, I DID buy it from you so... and the seller in China just says stupid things like "Did you check your mailbox?" then "well, contact your local delivery service" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??? you sent it via YunExpress and Canada Post and any others here have NO idea what tracking number that is. Absolutely and completely disappointing in the service all around

Be careful with the price, if you don't compare the prices before you're order, you may pay double, I think I'll cancel my prime membership wirh amazon.ca soon, there was only once time I thought will get a good deal on one item and next day they send me an email that they canceled my order , can't find any good deal on here anymore, might have to go straight to stores for anything from now.

Amazon.ca used to be fantastic. We have an Amazon prime membership and because we live just outside of Calgary were so impressed by the quick delivery right to our door. Suddenly, likely because of the Covid-19 pandemic everything we order on Amazon is being shipped via Canada Post (ugghhhh!!!!) so if it doesn't fit in the tiny box we get a "tried to deliver notice" and we have to drive to the post office in a nearby town the next day, line up (they allow one person in the post office at a time) and wait and wait and wait. I won't be ordering anything from Amazon.ca until the pandemic is over... Brutal!!!
