I bought some masala and pulses from Amazon fresh online. They are charging beyond MRP. As sambhar masala is worth₹ 34 in their Bill they are charging ₹50. Same is for Rice.

Amazon customer service teams not knowledgeable, not understand customer Concern and problems, not able to solve customer issues recently, I placed order from Amazon.in website, I did not getting My order after that I talk with Amazon customer service several times but they didn’t solve issues I still did not get my ordered recently I talk with these agent Atul , mukul, monika, ashish , prabhakar I got very bad customer experience from Amazon.in . Finally I decided, I am not buying products from Amazon.in because they waste my time and money.

No option to give zero and only thus putting 1 star.. the worst customer support ever seen online. Flipkart has much better customer support. The so called customer support team is a bunch of waste hiring. Amazon has shown 1 day delivery and will collect cash from customer and the next day will change the delivery from 1 day to 1 & 1/2 months of fast magic delivery.

I booked ashirwad ghee required urgently for a festival, in amazon fresh with delivery by next day. I paid money also along with booking. Even after 6 days, neither there is status update from amazon, nor any refund. Customer service is very rude and pathetic. They cut the chat and calls abruptly when questioned about no delivery. Very bad business practice by amazon.

We ordered an item and they says that it cannot be return. Never trust Amazon. Choose any other site instead and don't recommend it to anyone

Be careful while purchasing any appliances from Amazon online. Once product delivered after that Amazon dont refund or exchange that products. I had very bad experience day before yesterday I bought Elica chimney and that was not the model which I want Amazon refused to take my call. I called customer care several time and they told that they dont have refund or replace policy. And Amazon customer care agent was showing bad attitude and ignoring my call. Amazon customer care is nothing but rowdies sitting to handle customers.

Sorry to say this, Amazon has rowdies to deliver the orders. One such incident happened yesterday and this is the 13th incident raised against the same delivery boy and there is no action taken against him. He cancelled the order right before me although we had given permission to the delivery boy to enter the apartment n deliver the order. He literally looks like a rowdy.

About the 2 time verification. why is it mandatory to have an android to log into their own account? I have disabled the 2 time verification from my account and still I do have this problem every time I login to my own account. When contacted the amazon customer care they did help me to login to my account as I am using a basic handset and this time that is on 22/06/2022 when I contacted them they reply me stating that they can't help me to login my account nor disable the 2 times verification. This is ridiculous way of treating the customer. As if they are the ambassador for advertising android phones instead of helping me to login. Only the android phone holder are their customer and others.

The product was sold by TRENDING YOUTH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Neither Amazon nor Noymi nor TRENDING YOUTH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reverts or gives any solution. The Noymi Shaving Machine 3 in 1 | Beard Trimmer | Waterproof | Cordless Razor | Grooming Kit with Hair Clippers | Rechargeable USB Charging (Shaver + Nose Trimmer) is 1. Poor Quality 2. Zero battery life 3. Difficult to clean 4. Poor shaving ability. 5. Chrome and coating is peeling off 6. Doesn’t work anywhere close to even an ordinary shaving razor / blade 7. Isn’t recharging after just one month of purchase

Horrible experience with refund issues. They are cheaters and give some reference number to customer again and again but no refund has been issued for their side. This site is not genuine anymore. I am going to delete this app

Please hear me carefully, buying on amazon is not a good experience, the real pain you will feel when you return any one item you have purchased, pickup guys harass you literally & play with you from 7am to 7pm (which is Amazon's pickup schedule), at the end of the day they have this wired status "verification failed", they just update and leave it there. you will get fed up of calling their customer service for rearrange pickup multiple times and you give up & live with item you have purchased. I have one instance like this, proof I have call record, executive entry gate pass, cctv footage of pickup guy entering the property but not coming to apartment to pickup item. raised complaint with amazon also & email on complaint number. So, My honest suggestion is do-not use Amazon.in ever for your purchases, I have used Amazon @ developed countries but here it is very very very bad.

I bought 2 beds from Amazon. 1. Amazon Brand - Solimo Mars Queen Engineered Wood Regular Bed With Storage (Wenge Finish, Brown) (ORDER # 404-5441768-0815552) and 2. V Create Store King Size Engineered Wood Platform Designer LED Fitted Headboard Bed with Side Tables and Storage. (ORDER # 404-1540671-5563566) After delivery of the 2 products I had an horrifying experience with the products as no technician was sent by Amazon for installation after the technician was also appointed. For the Amazon Solimo product after raising several requests and complaints they got back to me by stating the I get it done from a 3rd party installer. The third party installer charged a bomb. Please be careful about buying this product from Amazon. For the V Create Store product they informed me that it's a DIY and In can do the installation at home and then they sent me a video of the installation. In the delivery parcels there were items missing. They said that they will dispatch the items and also requested me to get the installation done by some third party.The third party installer again charged a bomb. Please be careful about buying this product from V Create / Amazon. This is the first time I am facing this type of an issue with Amazon. Now I have decided that I will not buy a product from amazon

I have placed order twice for same product.when my order is showing out of delivery. but it's not delivered on time.also customer care people are saying it will be deliver on time.so here is the bad experience with A Amazon India. Also facing very much waiting for delivery.if Amazon promising one day delivery, why they are not capable , because of delivery I am This is 2nd time delivery not meet the delivery.i am very disappointed with Amazon.In feature May it will be headache for me

Never ever buy expensive products from Amazon, Many times these are not original. Sometimes they cancel the order and do not refund money( Especially if the claim is more than a good few thousand

People beware, don’t buy anything other than groceries from Amazon! Bought a Samsung Galaxy S22 phone and received a S22+. Returned the product as what I received was a better model and costed more than what I paid. Haven’t received the refund even after 4 days. Says the item has not reached the seller. This is an Amazon fulfilled product. Have been talking to the customer service and they kept saying that it would be refunded without any issue. Today spoke to one Mr. Praveen customer service team lead and he tells me that I will get my refund only in 7 to 10 days! It’s not a small amount, over 70k. The price you pay for honesty when you deal with Amazon! You stand to lose for their mistake ( despatching without checking for the correctness of the product)

Unprofessional staff, thugs, fraud company. My ordered products (for which I made advance payment) were not delivered; instead, a different product was provided; despite several calls/emails (with pictures of what was sent and what was expected), no one on the Amazon team is listening. The customer care team shut the call on my face and didn't let me explain my point. Highly disappointed. I hope my message reaches to the top so that they know what their field teams are doing.
