“very wrost experience with Amazon. I have wanted to return the product, but the company says you have to return it by yourself.”

“It’s not trustworthy so be alert and the customer service agent lie through there teeth so be alert like you dealing with criminals they all have this one lines we are sorry I understand as a customer myself plus don’t use prime it’s a lie for Amazon prime in India beware your items may never be delivered but they will pretend they deliver plus most items in Amazon India are faulty”

“Worst experience. Delivery -> They say, its delivered . But it was not delivered anywhere. Tracking -> It seems we have to intimate that immediately within 7 days. But how can you intimate so soon, if you don't even realize , it is showing delivered. Customer Service -> You talk to an agent, explain the scenario. But before they resolve the issue or give any kind of explanation, the agent is changed and you have to start over again. Finally, they did not do anything for the concern and disconnected the chat on asking for reference number to escalate.”

“SICK. Amazon India was okay. Now it's disgusting. The employees are consistently incompetent including on the "lead" team. The employees will say they solved your issue so that you give them a good review and turns out they did nothing! I just had not one but TWO employees saying they issued a refund and they hadn't. Increasingly i find that this is a common trait among Indians. A sad state of affairs. Wish Indians stepped up and started having more integrity. Everyone whines there but individually all of them want shortcuts, which when they figure out they feel so clever. I hope Amazon falls apart and another company gets a chance. Because Amazon just does not care for it's customers as it's happy with the trillions of crores of rupees they make regardless due to the sheer population.”

“Jis din product delivery hoga batate he us din dete nahi.. pura din appko wt karke bhi inka kohi call nahi ata.. or ham call kare customer ko to wo bolye ayega ap wt karo.. but rat ke 12 baj jayege but product nahi ayega.. very bad service.. ise accha to baki flipkart , mesho,myntra.com, shopsy inki acchi service he.. yahase kabhi mat lena product.. inko nahi valu customer ke time ki.. faltu service..”

“Customer service poor and difficult to access 1. Scammed by delivery of dummy parcel. Sent all the details and photos. No response , no resolution, no communication. 2. Defective item replacement or refund extremely difficult. Be warned.”

“Amazon Deny any returns even request made on day 1 of "7day replacement policy". Avoid online buying at Amazon.. Better buy local.. better buy at SP road Bangalore or chenoy trade center park lane secunderabad”

“Hi Amazon, I have order on Thursday a Bluetooth device but unfortunately it's defective I raise a compliant from my end but your representative said give 24/48 hrs our specialist team working but three no revert then I raise again complain then another executive told me mention your bank details then will call you then again I raise compliant another excutive told me give me 3/4 days will you link and update your product details Already waste my time 3/4 days there is no response then how I allow you to give more time waste my money”

“Very 3rd grade service my order# 408-9204180-6837118 their agent without visiting to me remarks that reciepent reject to accept. Better than amazon local shopping apps like meesho myntra etc. Are the best. Playstore doesnt have zero star option eighter i would have been given that for their 3rd class service.”
