I have booked order for about 8 items on March 1st. Ony one items was delivered. All the balance items they are showing as preparing for despatch for the last 20 days. This is the prepaid order and they have ensured that i do not cancel this order hence they keep it as Preparing for despatch. I called the Amazon support for more than three times and asked them to cancel and return the money back. They keep telling that they will cancel within 4 working days. Thy did not do it until today. How many Crores of Customer money will be rotated by Amazon like this, Just imagine this kind of scandalous money may run into billions for Amazon. The customer will lose all this money in case Amazon decide to close shop in India

I am not sure if what has transpired with me is due to the non existance of or total lack of, a vetting process by Amazon. So we got scammed by an online supplier (fraudster) however these scammers took full advantage of a company such as Amazon Shipping by using them as couriers and having them collect money on their behalf. I tried calling Amazon customer care a number of times and explaining to them about how I got robbed and how they were a part of it but it seems to me that they know very well what is happening. Hence I am assuming that somebody higher up is in on it as well. So my advise to all COD purchasers from Amazon Shipping is to ensure that you have got the contents of your package as requested/booked before you make the payment to your so called friendly Amazon delivery guy.

I have been struggling to return my product for the last 1 week and no one is bothered in Amazon to look into the issue and resolve it for me though I am on customer care call for several days. Amazon service is gone worst ever I could imagine

Hi All, I would not recommend using Amazon to order any highly expensive items by paying upfront. I had a very bad experience with Amazon India which I would like to share here. I had complained to Amazon India regarding my order 406-0951712-5599537 which is marked as delivered on 9th Feb but I have not received the item. They investigated the issue and refused to refund. It shows that they trust their delivery agents who are lying but do not trust customers. Very disappointing ... No transparency in the investigation... I escalated my complaint to the next level in Amazon but of no use. Surprisingly They even did not call me on 9th Feb when they delivered item. Also There is no any entry for my flat on the MyGate application used for the entries from Main Gate of our housing society CostaRica, Wakad, Pune. I have checked with our society (costarica) security guards to validate the entries on the gate on 9-Feb but there is no such entry and also I checked CC TV footage on the same day but noone came to my flat for delivery. If they have investigated the issue then why don't they make it more transparent . Why don't they share proof of their investigations i.e. signature of the person who received the parcel or any proof for the communication between the delivery boy and me. Secondly, the address mentioned in the order details was not having a flat number. I don't know how the parcel was delivered with the incorrect address and without any communication with the recipient (me). Thank & Regards, Sadhana Mahesh Uparate

Worst customer service. Recently ordered Amazon fresh over 20 items , two items missing. Called customer service. They said they will look . No response or refund.. I would never buy to buy Amazon fresh again , worst service . They are becoming fraud , cheaters .

Purchased a product from Coco Blue 3 footwears via Amazon... I receive one and they claim that they have delivered all three. please we need to start a movement where Amazon takes responsibility for the products delivered. they leave the products at the door and the agents just vanish.... no picture is sent saying that these packages are left at the door. we don't have any proof and then they don't bother to investigate and refund the amount. These companies are taking us for a ride... usually happens for high end products.

Received 4 days old expired consumable product ( chicken) ordered through Amazon Fresh Real issue is customer service team proceeding with refund and not able to comment or investigate how can an expired product be sent! Where is the quality control or what is the corrective step? Escalated issue over emails before proceeding for other consumer options

Order#: 408-5969795-9165962 January 1, 2023 3:33 pm Above order required them to ship 'toor dal'but they shipped'chana dal' instead. When tried to replace/return the same their system didn't respond. No way is left for me to return the wrong item.

I'm writing this after facing very bad experience.. seriously a big no for Amazon bcoz their customer support, product delivery everything is fake...i fed up by raising complaint still no refund issued..first i ordered product they gave me wrong size..again i exchanged still same they did wrong product delivered when they don't have why they should show in website available and if we think it's as a mistake once okay two times they did..and then i returned it and asked for refund...i raised complaint also many times still no use upon that asking same questions again and again once if we raise complaint they should have check all history but no ..they will ask everything again from starting...and finally no solution...omg imagine how irritating it will be..soo plzz don't purchase from Amazon big no for Amazon..they dint refund my amount don't understand how can they do like this to customers

I had the worst experience with Amazon India on two of my recent orders, placed in Dec 2022. Both these orders were guaranteed delivery orders. Apparently both these deliveries were running late, so the Amazon delivery played a very interesting game. They declared both these packages damaged and said they are being returned to the seller. When I called the customer service team to check they made up many stories like saying the address was unreachable. If people need more clarification connect on Rghosh1976@gmail.com

I have always had great experience with Amazon except this time. Can't return a large package. Every time Amazon sends a dude on motorcycle instead of truck. It has happened 5 times now!!! It was a gift for someone and it's so embarrassing to ask them to stay home entire day. Can't believe amazon can deliver a large package fine, but doesn't have a way for me to return it. I can understand a mistake once but 5 times?? And still waiting and hoping they will pick up return, and refund.

Big no no for Amazon India. Their customer service is terrible. They delivered wrong product. Once I returned it, they didn’t give me refund and stated I need to return original product. How can I return original product if you sent me the wrong product. Please people stop buying from Amazon India. I don’t think Amazon care about their reviews or they have interest to improve their service.

I recently ordered 6 Room heater through Amazon India. Out of 6, only 1 room heater was delivered and that too without manufacturer's box. I raised complaint on this delivery issue. I was told that the investigation will be done on it. After a week when I enquired, I was told that the items were delivered as requested and they can not do anything on it. But 5 items were missed in the delivery. I tried to contact customer support multiple times, my issue was not addressed properly. Without even providing proper answer they disconnect the call telling that that is the max they can do on this order. I think they have been trained this way if any delivery issue happens. I found that Amazon India did not bother if any delivery issue happens on the items ordered. In my case I am not sure whether my order was not handled properly at their Warehouse or it was mishandled during the delivery transit. I was under impression that Amazon India will take the full responsibility till the ordered Items are delivered to the destination address. But Amazon India is not bothered to take any responsibility on the missed delivery. I have been making lot of purchase via Amazon India with the hope that it is secured, and the delivery will be handled properly. I am also an Amazon Prime member. All my previous orders were delivered properly. I realized that if any issue happens on the delivery, Amazon India will not bother to handle it for us. After his purchase I am totally disappointed with the irresponsible customer service provided by Amazon India. Hence forth I decided not to purchase any items through Amazon India. Be careful while making purchase via Amazon India. They dont bother to address our delivery issues if something goes wrong in the transit. Stay away from Amazon India.

I ordered 3 products from this amazon, i received only 2 products except sand disk pendrive for Rs. 2229. They told me to wait 5 days for investigation and approval until 13th oct 2022. And now they telling we cannot help on this. What is means amazon where is my product and When i called specialist he hanged up the call and lost my money. I have video proof but no use, i will never go to amazon again. I'm dam sure there is no use to give review here, indian people will aware of this garbage service, people please buy offline if product is more cost, there is no guarantee here bze i lost my money too

Unfortunately without noticing the label "renewed "I bought Samsung A10 , now hearing complaint while speaking and lot of other complaints too..the adapter is also very older one ... I demanded for a replacement but customer service people not allowing.. Please be aware...

Don’t buy from Amazon india delivery is worst everything Amazon india from product quality to items delivered is at it’s worth it’s like on snails pace and in the end you end up not receiving the product quality is low being a international company I’m disappointed in the products and delivery service don’t buy from them save your self a hassle
