“I have used Amazon a lot over the years and never had any problems with them. I have ordered a lot of different items, some not sold by Amazon, usually with no problems. You can now pay through Amazon, which is a good and safe way to pay for some things. I would highly recommend Amazon and have no problems placing any orders with them. Please note though they are a lot of sellers that are not in the UK, so the orders take a bit of time to arrive. Any problems you may encounter are resolved through Amazon, you do have a safety net when buying through Amazon that you probably wouldn't have buying straight from a seller.”

“We ordered, plus many other previous orders from Amazon, and the service has been absolutely brilliant on every occasion. Deliveryhaw always been as stated and whilst having had literally only one or two product problems out of hundreds of purchases, they have been resolved without any difficulty. Far easier to deal with than Ebay!! Amazon is a great company and therefore a surprise to learn it's value is in excess of a 'trillion' something or other. Whether pounds or dollars, it is rather tidy sum of money!!!”

“I make several orders per week, and have done for 5 yrs. It is a rarity for me to be disappointed, by either goods, or delivery. I especially like Amazon Locker, for when you can't wait in for your delivery. I'd go as far as to say, I don't know what I'd do without them now!”
