Delivery is always very quick. The price is comparable if not better than elsewhere. I had to return a broken refill perfume bottle once and was immediately sent another. I am always pleased with Amazon.

Can’t fault this company, no problems ordering anything and the returns are a piece of cake, no endless boring questions about why you’re returning the item, and they refund automatically, so no worries there. They’re my “go to” company for whatever I’m looking for, and best of all, the prices are pretty good, they even offer you cheaper alternatives .

I contacted Amazon support who said that I can't get refund until I get report from police !!!! (Just imagine the level of inconvenience!!!) I contacted police and got their reply in a month, but Amazon support replied that it's too late, and they will never make a refund, though first they didn't tell me any deadlines.

Ordered a lap top in Early November with a delivery date of the 9, 10, 11th December, the date kept changing, I then got a date of the 10th Jan 2024, I cancelled the order but won't get the refund until 7 days later, they have had the money for 8 weeks.
