“As an American who is living and working in the U.K, I was happy when I came across the website. I have notified my fellow Americans about you guys, and although we are happy. We all admit you are way overpriced.”

“I neither received an order confirmation nor a shipment notification. Also there was no bill or any paperwork at all in the package. I also received the wrong item: I got the Pop Tards S'mores twice instead of one S'mores and one Cookie Dough”

“I made an order on 23-9-16 and it was not worked on until the 28-9-16 and was delivered on 5-10-16. That is 12 days from order date to delivery date. For me that is to long. What disturbed me the most was it took 5 days before anybody worked on my order. In my opinion that is to long.”

“Everyone in costumer service was lovely and tried to help me out so my issues more came with the courier service. They have yet been able to get me my delivery after a week of trying. I was told that it would be delivered yesterday and so I waited around all day for them to show and the never did. I needed the food I ordered for yesterday night so now it has just been a waste of money.”

“Delivery took too long, Some of the cans where dented, Packaging was a bit ruffed up had to wait nearly about 2 extra weeks for it to come. Overall good company to buy american stuff from.”

“Die Schokolade war geschmolzen, weil sie im Paket nicht gegen die Wärme geschützt war. Die Lieferung der Lions wurde storniert, ohne dass ich Nachricht bekam, warum. Ich habe es lediglich an der Rückerstattung über PayPal bemerkt. Wirklich schade, weil die Ware ansonsten sehr gut ist.”

“Everything was fine, except that one bag of Fritos was neatly opened and obviously half the Fritos were gone. I hope whoever ate them enjoyed them but it is an uncomfortable feeling to know somebody dug into the package.”

“Two of the boxes of cake mix turned up damaged and I believe this was due to the packaging. It was sent in a plastic bag which is not safe for these sort of item and when I called I was told that I had to take a photo of the damaged package and send it to before I can get these two boxes replace. Also one of the item from my order hasn't turn up and I'm still waiting for this”

“More than a week after I received only a partial delivery, I have still not been refunded for the missing items. The main reason I ordered from American Soda was to order root beer, which was marked as available when I placed the order. I added a number of other items since I was ordering anyway - the root beer was the item that was not delivered. In my opinion, I should have been notified that the root beer was out of stock and been refunded at the time my other items shipped when American Soda saw that they could not fulfill the entire order.”

“Your selection is good, when you have it on hand. Recieved my package on Sat. 23 July. Outside of package showed no evidence of damage. Opened box and found that it was ( VERY ) incorrectly packed. Ding dongs were put on bottom with a bottle of choclate syrup and pancake syrup on top of it. Needless to say the ding dongs were smashed flat as a cookie. All three boxes of saltines were damaged therefor I will be forced to eat a lot of soup. It`s impossible to spread peanut butter on crumbs !!!! Will have to reconsider really hard before I make another order from you. Have ordered several times from you but that will probably be my last unless you teach your personell how to pack items correctly.”
