“2 Boxes of cereal crushed when they arrived when i opened the box the bags had popped aswell. Emailed and they asked for a picture they were long gone in the bin by then. Wont be ordering again il find somewhere else.”

“Order of the 16th Dec. has still not even arrived despite a desperate phone call to the Company on Thursday 22nd. I waited in for days as the Hermes couriers they use are not track-able by Customers. No idea when it will come or what state it will be in. I am a New Customer and this will probably be my first and last order.”

“The box was all moldy looking and when the cans arrived most of them were all bashed in a bit they were meant to be a Christmas present but looks a bit crappy.”

“Not everything I ordered arrived they forgot the items that were most important for me to get. There was no refund or explanation for it. Also, I did not like that you do not get an order confirmation of any sort after ordering. Only after I asked they send me the Hermes-Shipping code. I am rather disappointed with this site and will not order again.”

“I had high hopes for using this site again and again as I really am keen on one product. However after receiving my items a found that the "pictured" product I ordered was not what I received and in actual fact ended up being literally half the weight and more expensive than the same product bought in my local Tesco. Yes the weight was listed on website BUT why picture a different UK packet when selling the US version?.... I complained and to be fair was offered a refund but I am more annoyed at the fact their was no acknowledgement of the error that many other customers will probably make due to the miss leading information.”

“Purchased Cheetos as a Christmas gift. Best before date is the start of January. If I had known there was only a few weeks on the best before date I would not have purchased.”

“Did not receive order, it was only when I enquired (twice) that I was told it was damaged in transit. All this took three weeks from date of initial order. System should be in place whereby American Soda proactively tell me my order is not arriving.”

“Packaging was terrible so all my cans of drink were dented. Both emails to contact the company didn't work so I had to call. Was asked to email to another email address which again I had no response from so I had to call again. In conclusion the company stated that the drinks inside were not affected by the dents!!!! Not very nice when you are giving them as gifts and have paid good money for them! I was refunded just £1.10, my order total was over £26.”

“Order got lost in transit, then I received a refund. Would have liked the package being tracked or another delivery of the ordered goods. The refund was an easy solution for the company, not a satisfying one for me as a customer.”
