All I got was a random airbag, and burst packets of chips that had been crushed by the loose drinks cans in a battered old box.

“Very slow delivery. Parcel still not received over a week later. Although this was order the Thursday before a bank holiday, I would have expected a faster service. Also never received an email from Hermes with tracking information so had to contact customer service several times to get an update on the order and I was told to wait. Customer service do not respond straight away. Emailed your info address twice before using the co tact form online and finally getting a response back that way.
Not happy and will not be ordering again.”
“while the products i received were in excellent condition and of a reasonable price,the postage and packaging was extortionate.I agreed to the price of 14 pounds as I thought I was getting a large amount of items but when it arrived it was only a small box weighing less than a pound.I would only have had to pay 3 pounds with parcel force.I am also NOT in the highlands of Scotland so don't use that as an excuse.I liked the products that I purchased but I will never buy from you again because of the postage.

“Insufficent packing material used. Three out of three boxes of saltines had damage. There are four packs in each box and three out of four had broken crackers. It´s hard to spread peanut butter on cracker crumbs which was the purpose of the order. Suggest each box be packed in bubble wrap or styrofoam to prevent damage due to transport handling. I realize that you have no control over the logistik handling of the packages and I know how their employees work. Was in parcel business for four years working with DHL and GLS so I know how they operate. Sorry that they were damaged, so guess I´ll eat the majority with soup or chili.”
“I always order from Americansoda and have had great experiences in the past however, the last two times i paid for next day delivery and it didn't arrive tull 4 days later! Waste of five quid to me...”
“I've placed an order with no confirmation sent. Debited from my account on the evening though! I'm worried it will never come and haven't heard a thing back from customer service. My account says I've place no orders too! Ugh. Really distressing. I will fight to get my money back because this was supposed to be a treat and I'm really poor. SO horrible.”
