“Place order pay threw PayPal paid for delivery but still took over a week for the order to be delivered wasn't impressed”

“The sweets were amazing, exactly what I expected when I ordered them. The reason for the two stars is the awful delivery, the box was wet from the drink being open and spilt, the pop tarts I ordered were crushed in their packet and the softer sweets had melted. I know that American Soda use Hermes for delivery, so there was nothing done wrong by American Soda, just the delivery. I hope to order again but expect the delivery to be exceptionally better than this time.”

“There are a large number of products offering good value for money. Once ordered, the products were packed and shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. But I found ordering tedious. The web site interrupted me with videos and pop-ups, and when I finally reached the check out I could not enter a new delivery address. When I called their customer service number a got a "try again later" message. In the end I had to send the order to a different address and forward it myself at additional expense. Please improve your customer service. This could be so much better.”

“Ordering my things was great, very easy to find everything I wanted. But I've waited 10 days for my order and theres been no sign of it arriving. I have no idea if its the post office or if its the company. Customer services are also very fast at replying and lettin you know whats going on.”

“Really disappointed!! After receiving my order, which I payed extra to have next day delivery on, only part of my order arrived!! There was no correspondence until I made contact to see where the missing item was, to be told it was out of stock and they would refund me. The item was said to be in stock when I ordered. So ultimately I was left with an incomplete gift as that's what the order was for!!”

“Never received my parcel for the delivery company, yet they are still saying it got delivered and signed for by a man, yet the man that was apparently meant to off signed for it, does not live at my address, and no card was left to say I missed my parcel, what do I do now? Thank you.”

“I think your discription of this item is very poor to the customer. You advertise it as a oreo birthday cake and all you get is the equivelent of three packets of biscuits and you charge £6.99 plus postage. I have already warned people i know against your site and would not recomend you to anyone.”

“I ordered 'Nerds' from 'Wonka' but I didn't get the original ones and when I tried to contact someone about this mistake , nobody answered me. I'm very very annoyed and upset about this because there is no customer-kindness! I want to change these in originals or want to get a redress.”

“Being an American living in Britain, it's nice to be able to get american foods here. I saw the American Soda website and thought why not give it a try. I placed my order for a few things to see how it went, an it was downhill from there. The website says, 3-5 working days standard delivery. I was tracking my order and on the 6th day I looked and saw that my order was somewhere in space. I emailed customer service and inquired as to what was going on, her response was that something happened at the courier and that she would let me know what was happening. The next day I received an email stating that my shipment should be delivered within the next 24hrs. On the 8th day I checked the tracking again and it said package damaged being returned. So I once again emailed customer service asking what was going on only to be told, sorry you have two options: one being I can request a replacement order or two, you can cancel the order. No offering to ship my order priority or refund the shipping cost. NOTHING.. So I responded with, it appears that your company is lacking in customer service skills, and I find your response to this whole matter very unprofessional! I then requested that my order be cancelled and a refund issued immediately. I will take my business elsewhere. I'm still waiting for my refund......”

“I ordered some sodas 4 weeks ago and payed right away, but I never got the sodas. I even wrote twice and asked about my order but I never got an answer. If I would do that with my custumer, I would be out of Business.”

“The package delivered in time, but to my disappointment, the Aunt Jamaima Syrup bottle was heavily damaged at the bottom. This must not be a failure by american soda, as it could have happened during delivery. Never the less the articles were all very sticky and I could save a little of the pancake syrup. The beverages should be better packaged next time.”

“unfortunatly I can't coment on the standard of your produce as It still has not arrived nine days after ordering. I picked up an email at the weekend asking for more delivery detail as your courier could not find my work place yet multiple deliveries arrive there every day. I have recieved no further information apart from this request and when I tried to check the couriers website to track my package it couldn,t match the referance number to any outstanding delivery. So sorry but at the moment I won't be using american Soda again and now have to find another option for the event this Saturday that the goodies were for.”
