“It is great to be able to buy a variety of American food and drink in the UK. There should be more businesses selling goodies from other countries too. The service from American Soda is excellent and I have never had any problems with the deliveries or products. The only slight negative is that so many items are out of stock in the month before Christmas which is when I do most of my ordering as I like to have various treats for the family at that time. I would highly recommend American Soda for anyone who enjoys food/drink from USA.”
“I have been using American Soda since the beginning - especially for diet A&W root beer which they can no longer sell. Good prices and prompt delivery but they have often got the order wrong. Missing items, completely wrong items, wrong quantities - I have had it all.
I used to recommend them but not any more - although I wouldn't go so far as saying that you shouldn't shop there. Shop around and pay attention to your order when you get it.”

“I have been using American Soda for a few years now. The prices run from good to ok for about half of the items, and the other half I usually find to be quite expensive, so that I either do not buy anything or look elsewhere. But obviously, in general, they are ok to do business with.
My biggest complaint is "out-of-stock" items. So many times I log in, only to find MANY items out-of-stock. Ticking the "notify me when in stock" is really no help. I am in Germany and must always pay shipping. The notifications come item-by-item, and ordering it this way for me makes no sense because of shipping costs, so I simply don´t order unless the back-in-stock is my root beer, which is the only thing I order in great bulk.
So, I will continue using American Soda, because no one else out there I have found can offer any better.”
