“I have been using American Soda since the beginning - especially for diet A&W root beer which they can no longer sell. Good prices and prompt delivery but they have often got the order wrong. Missing items, completely wrong items, wrong quantities - I have had it all. I used to recommend them but not any more - although I wouldn't go so far as saying that you shouldn't shop there. Shop around and pay attention to your order when you get it.”

“I really liked the website layout, having the items pictured with the bar underneath letting you know if out of stock. More sites should adopt this idea”

“A little disappointed that due to the slowness of the site on the day and having to switch back and forth, one of my products in my basket was no longer available by the time I got to check-out. Apart from that, on the whole satisfied with the service and the products. Shame they could not be a bit cheaper.”

“Pretty expensive food. Extremely slow delivery (I ordered the food on November 27th, but I only received it on December 7th, ten days later!). In the past, I got my order within 4 days, from England to Italy.”

“I have been using American Soda for a few years now. The prices run from good to ok for about half of the items, and the other half I usually find to be quite expensive, so that I either do not buy anything or look elsewhere. But obviously, in general, they are ok to do business with. My biggest complaint is "out-of-stock" items. So many times I log in, only to find MANY items out-of-stock. Ticking the "notify me when in stock" is really no help. I am in Germany and must always pay shipping. The notifications come item-by-item, and ordering it this way for me makes no sense because of shipping costs, so I simply don´t order unless the back-in-stock is my root beer, which is the only thing I order in great bulk. So, I will continue using American Soda, because no one else out there I have found can offer any better.”

“i have been using this site for a long time now getting £50+ "care" packages as i like to call them every other month. I have always loved american food and candy and found it very expensive to buy it through other sites such as amazon and ebay but American soda brings all that searching and for a better price you can get what you want.”

“I still am yet to receive my order nearly a week later. I am unable to track it but received somebody else's order instead- which contains nothing which I ordered! I have tried to contact but the phone forever goes to voicemail and my email has not been responded too. I spent a lot of money with nothing to show for it!”
