Unfortunately due to the nature of some products and the time it takes to ship from the US some of our products do have short Best By dates. Where possible, we mark this clearly. However, it is important to note that they are Best By dates - not Use By dates - and are generally just fine to consume a little past the date stated on the product.

“My Order was very quickly processed / shipped. A refund for prepaid but not available items was very quickly and correctly done. As the items (Reese's Peanutbutter Cups in various qualities) are a gift, I cannot say anything aobut the product itself. Once the presentee has opened the packages I'm sure I'll be allowed to sample them :-) and will review the product accordingly.”

“Too many products out of stock. Don't even list them if you don't have them. Too expensive on several items, $5 for a can of refried beans? Good, swift delivery here in Germany. Products arrive in good condition.”

“I have yet to receive my order. I have checked the tracking and cannot find my order anywhere. I emailed on Friday night with the details. I appreciate that the email was sent in the evening and therefore it may not yet have been read so have copied it below for you. I have not experienced this problem with previous orders so am disappointed this time. Re Order #400084833 I placed this order on 6/12/15. On 8/12/15 I recieved an email to say it had been shipped. The order hasn't arrived yet. I have tried to track the order, using both the order numnber and the tracking number supplied, on all the delivery companies listed but all of them state that they have no record of the order? Please could you look into this and inform me as to what the current situation is with the order? Thank you Anne Brown”

“This was my first purchase with American soda,the only thing I found very irritating was I couldn't log back to my account to track my order and still can't, if you could sort this problem out I would definitely give you 5 stars otherwise ok”

“I have rated it poor as too many items are out of stock. If you want two particular items and one is out of stock then you have to potentially make two separate orders. Or you can return a few days later to find that it is back in stock but the other item is now out of stock.”

Unfortunately, that's how popular things are and we can't always get supply - plus it takes 3-6 weeks to arrive! We are working hard on this though, rest assured.

“Although one of my items was out of stock the others were delivered in such a short time that I was very surprised,also the money for my out of stock item was credited to my account immediately,the only slight criticism was that maybe there could have been a little more packaging around the carton of egg nog.I would definitely order again.”

“This was my first time using this company. I would use them again to see if next time it was a better experience. It's not so much the fault off this company as it is the delivery I had a problem with as my package came dirty and had a hole in it and you could see a footprint on the package and my item inside was marked and out off shape as it was a cardboard box off sweets. I don't think I got a email to say my items was in there way but I could be wrong. Over all I did get what u paid for just not in the best way.”

“I ordered some of the mini marshmallows from you and then wrote to you to complain that they were seemingly melted together and naturally requested a refund or replacement. I have still not received even an acknowledgement of my complaint.”
