“I have used this company before and had really good service. This time round was excellent as I ordered my Egg Nog on the Thursday night and it arrived on the Saturday. Looking forward to my yearly treat. ????”

“Pretty poor customer service from my experience so far. I placed an order on 3rd December 2015, it is now the 10th and still no order arived. I have been given a tracking number but states that my order has be sitting idle in the couriers 'depot' for five days. American Soda have not given a personal or direct response to my complaint. Certainly no way to run a business when basic customer care is lacking.”

“Love this company, easy to order from and stuff always arrives quicker then suggested, brilliant :) the only tiny downside I've found is a lot of things recently have been out of stock, I've never been able to order pretzels as they're never in :/ but I do love the option "remind me when back in stock" fantastic thing to do if you're waiting for a particular item. Will order from again and again :)”

“Returning customer as I can never have too many Nutter Butters! My orders are always quickly dispatched and well-packed. The website is easy to navigate and I like the fact the stock levels are clearly displayed so you are never disappointed if something becomes out of stock after ordering. I highly recommend American Soda for any treats you might want. Thanks!”

“It is great to be able to buy a variety of American food and drink in the UK. There should be more businesses selling goodies from other countries too. The service from American Soda is excellent and I have never had any problems with the deliveries or products. The only slight negative is that so many items are out of stock in the month before Christmas which is when I do most of my ordering as I like to have various treats for the family at that time. I would highly recommend American Soda for anyone who enjoys food/drink from USA.”
