“Pretty poor customer service from my experience so far. I placed an order on 3rd December 2015, it is now the 10th and still no order arived. I have been given a tracking number but states that my order has be sitting idle in the couriers 'depot' for five days. American Soda have not given a personal or direct response to my complaint. Certainly no way to run a business when basic customer care is lacking.”
“I have been using American Soda since the beginning - especially for diet A&W root beer which they can no longer sell. Good prices and prompt delivery but they have often got the order wrong. Missing items, completely wrong items, wrong quantities - I have had it all.
I used to recommend them but not any more - although I wouldn't go so far as saying that you shouldn't shop there. Shop around and pay attention to your order when you get it.”
