"This company is part of a larger scam group.\r\n\r\nThis company is based out of Pakistan, and it's an alleged and confirmed case of a scam ring, with its mother company being SalSoft Technologies. It is located at 47 Street No 6\u060c, Darul Aman Society PECHS, Karachi, Karachi City, Sindh, Pakistan. \r\n\r\nWe have gathered tons of evidence, hundreds of client testimonials, and first-hand experiences of those scammed or manipulated by this company. There are multiple cases where a single client lost over $75k.\r\n\r\nUntil now, their clients could not put a face to these con companies. Salsoft is running over 20 fraudulent companies in the USA. Their employees use Christian names to gain the trust of USA citizens and fake USA numbers. "I have filed with the BBB. Disputed Transaction is $620 paid on 9\/25\/2021 for 5 years hosting fee is sought to be reimbursed but there was more unfair\r\nunethical practices prior to this dispute. This does not include the amount I paid for them to have attempted to build my website. This company not only\r\nfailed to complete my website and ensure that all the promised\r\nfeatures were working but also failed to do a few upgrades to my\r\nsecond site. During the course of building my website\r\npathwaysmediation.com they convinced me to change my\r\nhosting from Ipage to their hosting service and I did so paying the\r\nfee above. However, within a few months of the hosting when the\r\nwebsite went live but still would not work they tried to collect an\r\nadditional fee of $1299 they stated was to ensure the site worked\r\non mobile apps. It had viewed it on mobile sites and it was fine.\r\nThe insisted I had to pay this fee or else they would not complete\r\nmy site. I refused as it was NEVER a disclosed fee or cost and I\r\nhad them several times commit to me that if I changed my\r\nhosting site I could have access and there were no other costs. However, when I would not pay this fee they took my site offline\r\nand it has been offline for nearly 8 months. I had paid for 5 years.\r\nIt has cost me my business and they are holding my site and\r\ndomain captive. I have tried multiple times to resolve but they will\r\nnot give me access or post my site as paid for. on 9\/25\/21. I have\r\nhad to buy a new domain and I am having pay for hosting and\r\nrebuild an entire new website. They did a similar practice me\r\nwhen I contracted a LOGO prior to 2021. After 6 months I\r\nreceived an invoice stating I had to pay them trademark rights. I\r\nnever did it was never in our agreement. They do all agreements\r\nverbal and then do a Bait an Switch afterwards. However, I cannot\r\nbelieve they have kept my site offline and help my domain\r\ncaptive. I have at least 6 emails we have tried to resolve this\r\nissue without any release of my website. I have noted on line this\r\nis apparently the complaint of many others they have dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR BELIEVE ANY OF THE 5 Star Reviews."

The salesman Joshua Augustine sold me a Web Design - Platinum Website also. This was an information only site no ecommerce or any kind of customer information. They kept needing more money for options and things, then they said I must buy the terms and conditions and some other things from them for another $850 they wouldn't release anything to me even though I had paid them all the fees I had already agreed to.\r\n\r\nThey will also tell you that you need to buy the images for your website, they aren't included in the fees they charge to build you a website and if you want the files to your website thats additional also. \r\n\r\nThe logo they \"created\" could be one from one of the free logo generators you find for free on the web. \r\n\r\nThe harassment from this company when you tell them no is like telling a loan shark you don't have their money, constant calls, texts and emails to persuade you why it's such a good deal. In the end you won't receive anything from them if you don't pay the additional at the end of the project. They will tell you it's all included when you discuss with them upfront. They will not give you ANY refunds no matter what their terms and conditions say."
