I'm 6'10 176lbs, I'm the empitome of being all legs with a 38-40 inch inseam in pants. Shorts have to be long too. I'm not trying to show the world my chicken legs. The shorts hit at the knee which is perfect. The one lone pair of dress pants I purchased I have not worn yet because they need to be ironed. They fit well and are plenty long.
