We're sincerely sorry for your experience. In the first week of February, the U.S. government introduced new tariffs resulting in extreme duties and brokerage fees. We have been working with UPS to get the billing sorted, however, they should not be sending you the invoice. Someone from our team has reached out to assist you with this issue.

At 5'10", I have incredibly long arms for my height, which usually means long sleeves are never actually long enough—but not here!
