“I have been a fan of American Tall for 3 years. I returned 3 pair of pants recently. I went to UPS gave them my return slips. They put 2 pants in one package and 1 in another. American Tall emailed me that I was only given credit for returning 2. I looked online for a phone number to call. No where on the website is a phone number associated with American Tall. No phone support to talk with someone. I’m looking for a new Tall clothing company.”

“The last two pairs of pants I ordered from American Tall had a terrible odor to them. Contacted company and was told to soak them in vinegar and water. Pants still stink! It’s too bad because I have ordered several pairs of these pants in the past and there was no odor. I like how they fit. When you spend almost $100 on a pair of pants you don’t expect them to stink!”
“I like the gray leggings but don’t love them like I do the black ones I have ordered in the past. The gray leggings are mostly cotton and are very thin and don’t feel like they’re as well made.”

“Like everything except for the drawstring. It’s made from same material as pants and is difficult to pull tight. I ordered tall but still almost too long.”
“Love the style but the waist is particularly small and the lining is very thin and poor quality. You can't really use the pockets without putting holes in them.”

“This company is the best. I took a chance on them and ordered a sweatshirt and sweat pants. I am 5' 7" and weight 120. I bought a medium tall. Perfect fit. American Tall is true to everything they say.”
“Once I got the right size, these have become one of my favorite pairs of pants! Great for lounging around the house and also easy to dress up for work/after-work shenanigans. The waist is a lot looser than other pants I've gotten from American Tall (I usually get medium, extra tall in the leggings), and I had to size down to a size small for these pants. The waist also loosens the more I wear them, so they stop being a high-waisted pant after a while (I'm assuming that'll change after washing/drying them). So not perfect, but pretty darn close.”
“I am 5‘10“ 190 lbs and these pants are long for me but I am definitely not complaining! I purchased the blue and cream. I may need to have them hemmed a couple inches but that is a problem I love to have. They are so soft - honestly, the most comfortable lounge pants I’ve ever worn. The pockets are deep, the drawstring and waistband are cute. Love them!!”
