“We LOVE American Tall's clothes! In fact, everyone in our whole tall family now have wardrobes that are 50-75% AT garments now. But - and it's a big BUT ... when there are questions or issues, AT's customer service is absolutely AWFUL! It's honestly the worst of any online catalog company I have ever dealt with - and I buy a LOT of things online. Their chat bot* makes you want to throw something at your computer, and to get in touch with a real human is almost impossible. We will keep buying products from AT, but we REALLY with they would complete revamp their customer service process, with helping customers becoming a priority instead of trying to keep us from ever being in touch. (Isn't 'Jen Small' just about the worst-fitting name ever for a chat bot for a tall clothing company?)
By the way, AT crew, we tell just about every tall person we see about your company. A number of tall people- including a very tall, famous stand-up comedian and a very tall US Senator, now wear AT because of our recommending you to them. :)”
“Absolutely love their yoga pants and their pajama bottoms. Everything I buy has stretch to them. Being a larger gal (18-20) I wish their jeans had the same kind of stretch that Eddie Bauer jeans have where they don’t lose their shape, but I will stick with their yoga pants and others that are loose fitting.”

I am 5’7” and I was disappointed to see that they were not falling on the ground I’m not sure if this was relative to my figure. If I was to purchase again I would size down and also bought extra tall.”
