“I tried 4 items from here for the first time because they were on clearance. They were not returnable but I took a chance and spent $60 and got a fleece jacket, plaid flannel shirt, black crinkle blouse and fleece lined pants. The quality is decent to pretty good and the length was great.”
“American Tall has been great for getting clothes to fit my fiancée well. They seem to be decent quality. Only issue has been some inconsistencies with shipping- possibly due to the items crossing the Canadian border into the U.S. The support team has been helpful and responsive. I just wish when there is an issue and you’re still waiting for it to be resolved. There’s an option to say that you’re happy with the resolution or not happy, but not one for still waiting.”
“I like the fit they are comfy however when I ordered a couple more pair they never arrived I’m still waiting almost a months now and the company tells me the are stuck in customs and won’t refund my money or resend my order”
