“The lady hearing specialist at the Chelmsford branch, was extremely attentive, very thorough, and listened to my concerns and helped me understand at each step of the way. I have complete trust in her ability to ensure that I have the best possible devise for my needs and would not hesitate in seeking any further advice from her should it be necessary. The receptionist is also extremely helpful and pleasant and always has a cheerful greeting.”

“I find Samantha very helpful and she listens to what you have to say. I cannot imagine what else I could say in her praise. All too often you tell people things and afterwards wonder why you bother to talk to them so it is good to find someone who does listen and act on what you are saying.”
