The items were gorgeous. However, one item was missing from the box and when I chased this up with Customer Services I have had a very poor response despite a telephone call and two emails. What a shame as the clothes themselves are lovely but this kind of service will put me off buying from this store again.

Refunds can be processed more efficiently, at least we should receive an email to confirm that you've received the returned items.

Ho letto che la spedizione è gratis se superi 60 euro?? Io ho fatto un ordine di 239 euro è ho dovuto pagare 15 euro di spedizione...

Had to pay £10 to return items that didn’t fit. I purchased a hat size 4-8 that didn’t fit my 5 year old daughter and a pair of boots that didn’t fit. I did want to exchange the boots but as I wasn’t sure about the fit I decided to just return it to avoid having to pay for another return. Other online shops don’t charge for return so will definitely not buy from Angels face again.

All orders that are over £60 are shipped free to UK address' We ask that you pay to return any items that are not suitable and we are happy to refund or exchange (full details of our exchange policy are on our website) We ship out any exchanges free of charge. Really disappointed that my 8 year old daughter wore a pair of Angel Face shoes that were £45 for one hour for her holy communion when we got home the buckle was faulty and was the opposite way in which it needed to be, then I noticed the stitching also was coming away, I asked for a refund on the item or exchange as these are unsafe for my child to wear I sent photos etc as my daughter can no longer wear them being the buckle is faulty and would not stay on my little girls foot with out the buckle being done up a real waste of money and poor customer service still awaiting a further reply to another email of complaint Again they refused to refund me I’m so disappointed as they were not cheap and you do not expect that to happen for an hour of use.

Bought the 'micah' cardigan with 'crystal wings' on the back for my grandaughter in April. My daughter in law has since, followed the washing instructions carefully, when washing the cardigan (infrequently, I may add) but the 'crystal wings have gradually fallen off....from the first day of wearing.. I have just phoned customer services, to be told that she obviously used washing powder with enzymes in it, which has broken down the glue, holding the 'crystals on! If, that were the case, then surely there should have been a warning on the instruction label, to inform customers to use the correct powder. I am not impressed and will not be buying again from this company. No apologies given.

Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation). After receiving the confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to clear into your account. This time frame is dictated by Paypal, your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.
