More than a month ago I ordered some items. I have not received them yet. I contacted customer service two days ago and still have not received a response. I do not have anyone to contact to check what is happening with my shipment. The website says it was sent, but did not actually arrive.

Item was delivered to invoice address. Asked for a copy of order confirmation twice and ignored both times

Thank you for your review and so sorry to hear that you did not receive the service you expected. Having investigated this further, it does look like the delivery address and invoice address were the same. However, we are sorry if this has caused an inconvenience.

There is an error in my order where I ordered a dress size 12-13 a light pink color but I received the error a fuchsia color .. What can you do for me to fix that?

Thank you for letting us know and sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. Unfortunately, delivery times are much longer than usual at the moment. You parcel was sent to Australia on 4th May. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before your items arrive :)

You refunded my item which I bought at promotion price and told me it’s out of stock. However, it is shown on your website the item still there.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I have looked into your order. I can see you placed the order with us on 29/02/20. We shipped it to you in Kuwait on the 02/03/2020. I have been in contact with Royal Mail and it appears that there was a delay on the flight and all the parcels that were on the same flight are also slightly held up. The worse customer service I had experienced. My parcel item was missing. They keep making excuses not to refund me. Even dodging the issue. It had been over 2weeks with no results, I even provided them with evidence and Royal mail complaints. Still no refund. I saw that others had this issue with this company. I Wish I had read the reviews before hand. If anyone want more details on the issue. Please contact me. I now looking to take it further.

Whilst it is extremely frustrating that the postal service had left your parcel in your bin, we have a procedure to follow in the event of this situation, and as soon as all steps have been met from your side then we can issue a refund to you. I have contacted Royal Mail and they have apologised that they miss sorted your parcel! It has now been sent in the right direction and is in your local delivery office now. They have suggested that the delivery should take place either today or tomorrow. Please note that international parcel sometimes need to be split in more than one parcel depending on order sizes. This may well be the reason you only have 2 of the 3 skirts.
