Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, when you placed your order you supplied an incorrect address. This is not something we are able to change as the information is supplied electronically direct from the information you provide our website when you place your order online. As we advised you, the parcel was being held at your local depot awaiting the correct delivery address details from yourself. As the parcel was never collected by you, we must now wait for the parcel to be returned to us in order to issue the refund. As soon as we have the goods back in our possession your order will be refunded immediately. Many thanks Customer Service

Good afternoon I have just looked into your order for you. You placed the order with us on 17th April. We were closed for 4 days over the Easter Break here in the UK. Your parcel was shipped to you in Poland and shows on the tracking it is well on its way to you. Please feel free to get in touch with us here at Customer Service if we can help you further. All the items were not delivered in additional to the 24.00 for international shipping another uninformed charge of 6.75 was added without any prior notice . I have notified the company and I am without my items for my event

Have placed an order. Didn’t receive a shipping notification. Got on my account and found out there was a tracking number and checked with Royal Mail- said its delivered but checked with our local post service I was advised the item was missed. Called Angel’s Face customers service. She was rude and not helpful All I want to know is Where is my order? So No one responsible for my lost?

Ordered top came with a big mark on front called your customer service who sent label to return, only offered a sorry not good customer service and said when returned you would send out another. have shopped with you many times but would have to consider if i would use you again .

I did two shops. One of them never came you return me the money. The other 16 days without news...one day later they appear in the transport company then I went to pick up. I´sorry because I don´t speak good English but I was very sad with you. I like your clothes and every thing you do but I´m not sure to shop again. Tnanks a lot

Clothes were beautiful unfortunately my daughter between sizes so had to return I found them to be on large size. Good company to deal with.

You don t anserr and y have Made Paid shipping for having delivery in three days and After a week i did not receive anything So i pretend money back and i go postal policy and lawyer

I received an email saying that I would be given a tracking number for my order but I never got that email. Nothing was shown in the account status either. So I have no idea where my order is located now, it has been two weeks from I made the order, and the money is already taken away from my account. This is just not right.

Deliveries are not met in time. Yes, it does not depend on you, but do not have to promise 5 working days. So the customer is cheated .:( I ordered a shirt with a figure for the birthday of my daughter , and she will arrive after birthday. Much more than 5 working days.
