“I ordered a tutu for my daughter and although the quality was good I think it needs to be made clearer or restructured on the waistline I ordered th appropriate size yet the weight of the tutu pulled it down so we had to send it back . Also the elastic was all twisted around the waistline which was another added issue ... Delivery was promt though !!”

“Perfect delivery, nice articles at a reasonable price (when on sale). Just the delivery fees to France looks too expensive to me when compared with other British online shops. Hope you ll manage to down them in the future ;-) Regards.”

“I can't fault the product. It comes beautifully wrapped and is well made. My only problem is the delivery service. After paying for one day delivery on Friday noon I'd expect the parcel to arrive a little.sooner. It has arrived on Monday at 5 pm. It might be one business day but these days Amazon for instance delivers on Saturday and Sunday and it would be amazing to see other companies do the same or at least offer Saturday delivery.”

“My only criticism is the return postage. The knitwear comes up very small so I had to return it all and then pay more postage to get the next size up. If you want to exchange would be nice if postage was free.”
