“I ordered a dress, when it arrived the dress is nothing like what is advertised.
Completely different style of neck line and sleeve.
Terrible quality.
Do not order from this company, loose threads of lace hanging off the hem line and sleeves .”
“Do not purchase a dress from this company. Their website is a sham….they don’t deliver what they promise! I ordered a dress 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. The event I planned on wearing it occurred last Saturday despite the promise that it would arrive within 14 days of my order being placed. I still have no dress & am going to be stuck with a dress (if it actually is ever mailed) that I will never wear and can’t get my money back!
Listen up….DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANGRILA….you will regret it!!!!

“Awful company , absolutely no customer service. Ordered a dress that was not a custom size and it’s very uncomfortable- sizing is fine but don’t like the fit on me. No return policy so if you order- know that you won’t get a refund or return at all! Read the reviews-don’t chance a an order like I did. It states no returns on sizing but little did I know the dress would be stiff and uncomfortable.”
“Absolutely terrible customer service. I followed their sizing chart and then ordered a size up to ensure it would fit. Both dresses are way to small! Their response was "we go off your measurements you must have sent them wrong" and refuse to refund or exchange. The terms and conditions for returns are based on the problem, given all the other reviews here I really wonder what could possibly justify a return at this point. These dresses were for my son and daughters weddings this summer. I have no time to get any other dresses because of COVID and I'm out over $200. If this company showed even an ounce of remorse or compassion I wouldn't be so insistent on warning others to stay away. If someone in a manager position reads this I'd really appreciate a response given the chaos I've experienced.”
“This is the worst company to deal with. Their dresses are not true to size. I ordered a size 26 dress and it was more like a size 16 maybe. They refused to refund my money and would not reply to emails.”

I sent them comparison pictures to show them that the dress is white. And they told me no the dress is ivory and you can’t compare lace to a white cotton shirt. The material was very heavy also I did not custom order! I even ordered a size bigger and the dress was too small and very long! They will not refund you or try to work with you! “Do NOT buy from this company! I bought a dress from here and selected a standard size in a standard color that they offered. They took over a month to ship my dress, and it came in while I had left out of town for the wedding. I emailed them as soon as I got back and they refuse to refund the dress, claiming it to be a “custom” dress and that I only had 5 days to make the rerun. The dress does not fit and now I am stuck with a dress that I will never wear. They are horrible with customer service!!”
“This is the worst company I have ever dealt with ordering on line. I ordered a standard size 12 to get a bust measurement of 38" as per their chart. The dress took forever and I had to pay an additional $20 to ship on a rush basis. The dress arrived and the bust measures 36" and does not fit. I have numerous emails going back and forth and they refuse to admit (despite pictures from my tailor) that the dress is not 38" in the bust. Customer service is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED AND TREATED SHABBILY!!!!”
“BUYER BEWARE! Note how few reviews show images from real customers, let alone how few reviews exist that don't require their approval. This is a complete scam website. The dress I received for my daughter's wedding looked nothing like the images on the website, the quality was awful, and I won't even wear this dress for a Halloween party! I tried like heck to get my money back through my credit card but Angrila has every loophole built into their website which you really don't understand because they contradict themselves within the site about their return policies. There is a major communication issue with their broken english. DO NOT take the leap. It is one of my greatest financial decision regrets.”
“I ordered this dress on September 16 for a wedding on October 10. It was delivered October 14. Was much heavier than expected. Had a horrible smell. Wanted to return and they wouldn’t accept it. Very poor service. Tried to call and always got busy signal. Don’t order from this company !”
“I didn’t do customizing size I ordered from their chart and the dress didn’t fit. The shipping took to long to get here and I couldn’t return it on time to get a replacement. There customer service is horrible I’m fighting for my money back on PayPal. I’m out of a dress for my son’s wedding and out of 117.00 dollars I paid them. “If I could give it no stars I would. Absolutely awful to deal with and terribly quality dresses - nothing like the images. Customer service was worse than any company I have ever worked with and will stop responding to you when you bring forth issues that fall entirely in line with their refund policy. The quality of the dresses were absolute garbage and nothing like the images. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Also, the customer service representative that each of my bridesmaids dealt with was named Jessica, so be weary of the other commenter in this post. I promise you this company is a scam.”
