I did have to have it taken in a bit but other than that it was beautiful and perfect for my beach wedding. I emailed with customer service a couple times and they were helpful. The dress arrived on time! You can’t beat it for the price!!”

The first dress did not fit as well as I liked due to my error of measurement and I knew a custom dress was not returnable so I sent in a request for another identical dress but with different measurements. It was perfect and I would definitely order from this company again.”
“I was super nervous to order because I’d had a bad experience a few months before ordering from Angrila. I saw that whatever I ordered would take some time, so I planned plenty early. I ordered based on measurements. I also found a skirt I really loved, but didn’t like the top that came with it. So I asked if I could get a different top and the person I talked to was able to show me a few top options that would work with the skirt. I also added two layers of tulle to the bottom to make sure it was very full. In all the dress was under $300 even with all the customizations I asked for! The dress came in pretty much right when they said it would. It fit perfectly other than being slightly long in the front, which was an easy fix as it was tulle and therefore didn’t have a sewn hem at the bottom. The top fit PERFECTLY. Everyone commented on my dress and how beautifully it flowed. It was perfect!”
“I just recently received my dress from Angrila. I had noticed they didn’t have very many reviews so I wanted to spread the word that I had a really good experience with them. I didn’t purchase a pre-made dress, I sent in multiple pictures of what I wanted. I talked about details with someone for quite a while before finding out that she would make it all for under $200. At this point I got nervous and thought it was sketchy. But I went through with it as I had time before my wedding and they used PayPal. I received my dress early and it is PERFECT. I am bigger and don't have much of a torso, this dress gives me a flattering waste and makes it look like I have a longer torso. I am so happy with this dress!”

“It has been over a month since I let you know I never received my dress. The weeks after the carrier said they delivered it the tracking showed in transit. After I reported a lost package it now says delivered. I NEVER GOT THE DRESS and you said on October 28th said you were processing my refund. That hasn’t been received as well. Will I Be getting a refund.

“Do NOT order from Angrila! I ordered a size 6 dress (I am ALWAYS a size 6). The dress I received was more like a size 2 - I was 2 inches away from being able to zip the dress up. There was that much of a discrepancy. Their return policy states that if you contact them within 5 days for a return, they will issue a full refund. I contacted them the day I received the merchandise. They refused to issue a refund and told me to go to a local seamstress to alter it. They also advertise that they guarantee satisfaction....obviously that is not the case. I disputed with my credit card company since Angrila wouldn't honor their own policy. Buyer beware!!!!!!”

Wish I could give no stars! This company is a fraud, the communication is very poor and they do not take any returns despite the return policy stating they will! I ordered a dress for my son's wedding, it took much longer to get it then the stated time on the order, then when I got it, it did not fit, the measurements were not the same as the sizing chart and when I emailed the company to return it, they refused the return stating it was a custom order item, which is was not, it was ordered according to their sizing chart. I am reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself time and money and avoid ordering from this company!!!!!”
“Very bad customer service. Ordered a dress, regular sizing from their selection not custom by any means. Did not fit & was poor quality so tried to return. They would not resolve or refund as they said it was a custom dress. After many attempts at trying to resolve they have remained uncooperative & unreasonable. Would not recommend ordering anything from this company.”
“I ordered a dress based on the measurements posted on their website. They contacted me about a "delay" in shipping and asked for $20 extra to ship by Fedex which I paid. The dress arrived and was a full 2" smaller in the bustline and I could not zip it. They refused to let me return the dress so I filed a complaint with Paypal. It took several contacts but finally it was resolved in my favor. I had to send the dress back at my expense - $30. A few weeks later, I received the package back as "refused" What a scam this business has. NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!”
