I had so many questions and zero time to call because of work, and the consultant helped through the chat system and was so patient & helpful! Product knowledge was great & even got my order moved up so it wouldn’t arrive too close to baby’s due date! Loved my experience and will be recommending to all my family and friends in Adelaide :)”

“Fantastic customer service. When I contacted them after receiving a product that was faulty they went out of their way to sent a replacement item immediately and arrange for the other to be picked up at a time that was convenient to us, taking into account we were about to have a baby! Really appreciate this level of service at a busy time.”

“After multiple deliveries the item was finally shipped without any scratches / marks on the back of the chair back, but we did get there in the end. We still love our Up chair and have always recommended it to other people due to its versatility.”
