“Although I have them answering my phones 24/7, the operators miss between 5-10% of the calls that come in. They frequently spell the caller's name incorrectly.
More important though are the calls from Rob when he feels he has to increase the number of minutes in your plan. He is always looking to increase the minutes when your usage goes up, but NEVER has looked to decrease your minutes when your usage goes down. When he increases your usage plan, he will retroactively charge you the higher plan amount for that month.”

The operator will send an immediate text as to messages, which saves me time, lets me know immediately if it is an emergency or if it can wait, I can immediately text the caller to tell them when I would call them back, and the caller has a better experience than simply getting a voicemail.
Although voicemail costs me nothing, the cost of Answering Legal service has been well worthwhile in terms of time saved, efficiencies gained, and customer experience.
