“Something unique just happened. I ordered a wooden rocking horse from Antique Farmhouse. The horse was 40" high and when it arrived its ears had been compromised. I was so disappointed and wrote an email immediately to customer service. Here is the unique part...I heard back from Jen within 24 hours. She was very willing to listen and discuss my dilemma along with viewing pictures I had taken. Again, within hours, I received a reply. I ended up a very happy customer. “I was lucky enough to stumble upon the Antique Farmhouse when a local home décor store was out of an item I desperately wanted. I debated fighting the lady at the counter with it. They typically carry one, maybe two, of their unique items which is extremely frustrating. I googled the item, and the Antique Farmhouse came up. I’ve been addicted to their site ever since. The items they carry match my style perfectly and are reasonably priced. What more can you ask for?! How about good customer service? They have that as well! I recently received a shipment with some damaged items. They were quick to respond, easy to work with and took great care of me. I highly recommend them!”
