Item that was purchased did not come in time also the instructions are very poor also there were no cars that would help on you tube I have installed this item on my own and I have the proper way to install for a 2017 wrx but I will not be giving that information to you I would suggest in the future that if you are going to sell this product to include detailed instructions for each vehicle I.e constant hot wire and ground

Hello, it's easy to install. All you need to do is wiring. recommended spot for wiring will the cables that laying underneath the car's threshold or cables that left to your car doors or your can check out our youtube channel c where we got some install guidance might able to help:) You would do you own install by following our install guidance on youtube channel: https://bit.ly/2p6LTPH

The installation not that easy to understand I think it should be step-by-step and if there is step-by-step instructions on how to insulate or install the chargers/cell Stand. Was not user-friendly as far as understanding the step-by-step instructions. If you have those I would most definitely like to have a copy so I can enjoy the product that I Purchased

Sorry for your confusion, it is easy to install: 1. Clamp the mounting base to the air outlet that is convenient for the driver to operate the mobile phone. Tighten the screw so that the clip can be firmly fixed. 2. Loosen the screw on the back of the phone holder, then snap it into the ball-shaped pillar of the mounting base, and tighten it. 3. Use the attached Type-C cable to connect the power supply on the car. After connecting the power, the LOGO of the cradle will light up. When an item approaches, it will automatically unfold the clip and then automatically close. 4. Rotate the bracket to find the most suitable angle to put the phone on it. If your phone is equipped with wireless charging, it will charge automatically. If your mobile phone is wired for charging, please insert the included magnetic plug into the charging port of your mobile phone and then put the mobile phone on the cradle.

Horrible I paid for custom shadow door light and before I purchased it I asked if they can do it and they told me no problem!it I received it and it was horrible nothing as advertised.When I contacted them about the problem they said oh ya it’s not as strong because it’s custom so why didn’t they say that at first only to get my money I sent proof and they agreed it wasn’t a defect light their salutation to send me car aroma therapy!!!!!! I’m buying shadow why would I want that I told them to send a non custom witch is half the price of custom they say they can’t! So basically I got ripped off don’t expect to even be able to exchange for the same exact item! They never sent anything!

I rate this as a 1. My logos are there but it’s not bright and can hardly be seen even in complete darkness. Disappointed

I did not get the item that I thought I purchased. I don’t even know what I received in the package. Those were not Cadillac emblems that I received!!!

The product itself looks nice, however it is not practical. It does not hold the phone in a firm manner and seems very fragile. The phone slips from the handle all the time. I ended up not using it. I do not recommend this product.

I was sent the wrong lights when I contacted customer service via messenger they have not sent me the correct door logo lights and only are able to be contacted vis messenger and have a on Vacation message as auto reply
