“This product could be really cool if it was built well, but it's not. We ended up just having to throw it away because there of the return policy and the cost to return it. It was a complete waste. Cheaply made - incredibly cheaply made and would not have looked good had they been installed. A big disappointment.”

“Product was not appropriate for my automobile despite ordering based upon the description from the website. Have communicated with the company and am attempting to resolve the problem, however, have required a lot of back and forth messaging with little action to resolve the problem.”

“Nice item but would not hold my galaxy 22 in a leather case securely. Kept falling out. I requested refund 4 (FOUR!) Times. Each time i was told to video rhe problem.. i guess with the phone that kept falling?!?! Put a claim into PayPal. Refund within minutes. So customer service= zero! Beware!!!”

“My product took two weeks to be delivered. When it finally got here, it was not as described and it didn't fit. Shipping it back would have cost me a bundle, as this company is based (and ships from) China. All and all, it was a horrible waste of time and money.”

“Purchased 2014 Kia Soul battery Led Door sill plates...May 21st i messeged that only ONE is defective Front Passenger...i sent in Videos of the problem and explained the problem thru many dats if messeges. it is May 30th and your company is still messaging me, instead of replacing the ONE and ONLY doir sill plate. I will now be at a different address and the issue if getting a replacement is not resolved”

“Bought the mud guards but was very disappointed.They are great quality and the back fit perfectly, unfortunately the front one's holes don't align too well and the fit isn't as good. Also the hardware wasn't the correct either. I wouldn't recomend it to anyone. Too much of a pain in the butt to deal with.”
